I usually don't spend so much money on bedding, but of late my new apartment needs a makeover, and I decided to splurge. Amy Butler is a new brand for me. Its so so hard to find printed sheets, most stores usually sell solids or light prints. I have a neutral color apartment, so wanted to use sheets to add a burst of color. I purchased two styles of king sheets, and LOVE them! The prints really pop and add color, the quality of sheets is superb and like sateen cotton with slight sheen. I want to buy more sheets now! I highly recommend this brand if you like good quality prints. I compared these with the new Diane Von Furstenberg sheets, while I have not seen DVF sheets in-person, Amy's sheets and bedding have more "personality" in that the patterns are more harmonious than just brush strokes or abstract patterns.This print specifically is a bit unusual, I was concerned that it may not look as good, but it goes well with my walnut bed and light neutral walls. I really like the quality.
