The item is cute but it isn't quite 18x18. I tried to put my old 18x18 pillows inside this cover and the pillow cover was totally stuffed to the gills. I had to get pillows that were slightly smaller to fit inside. They're more like 17x17.While I like these pillow covers, I think they're a touch overpriced given that you have to go get pillows or stuffing to put inside them.
The zipper also isn't hidden so you see it if you accidentally place the pillow upside down or sideways.
