This quilt set was the perfect colors for my girls' bedroom. The sheets faded to different color oranges after the first washing. The quilt and shams stayed bright. Since I wanted it for the quilt, I was not too upset. I already had a higher thread count sheet for their room. I would be incredibly angry about the sheets if I was counting on using them. The quilt is very thin and you need another blanket for the winter. It is still a super fun set that didn't break the bank.
