Awesome pillow not to soft not to firm it's medium and comfortable.I have had so many pillows before this pillow that were junk. This is just like that comfortable night sleep at a nice resort. Try the pillow it is wonderful. I liked it so much I ordered 4 more, the Sobelwestex website was cheaper for me to order this item since it shipped from Nevada and I live in Nevada. If not for Amazon I would have never known about this great product. FYI I got the item for 27.50 each which included shipping in the price.

This pillow is fantastic. You head sinks into it, but its strangely supportive. The pillow stays cool and when I sleep on my side and squish it up it comes back to its orignal shape.
