I have had sinus problems for over 40 years, and discovered these Allergy Control products about 15 years ago, when my physician recommended them. The Pristine pillow cases are great for extending the life of your pillows, and I wash them every 3 or 4 months. They last for years, and your pillow will still feel soft and comfortable. I gave the last cases I purchased to my 21 yr. old granddaughter as she has frequent bouts of sinus infections.
