As others have mentioned, this memory foam pillow is a softie. So depending on how you intend to use it, it could be great, or not so great. For under the head/neck it's supportive, but if you're using it between your knees, behind your back or under you knees, it flattens pretty easily.

This is my second pillow and I can't sleep on anything else. It is a perfect size for neck support. My first one I washed numerous times, not just the cover the entire pillow. I did not put it in the dryer but let it air dry. It came out super washing after washing. If you are wondering why I would wash the actual pillow instead of just the cover, is because my St Bernard goes in the bedroom and takes it and carries it around in her mouth all morning for some strange reason. She doesn't hurt it or chew it, just holds it in her mouth. It does get wet so that's why all the washing. When I travel, I take it with me in my suitcase. After getting a defective pillow on line, I ordered from Amazon.com, knowing that a purchasefrom Amazon would be checked out.
