I have used the pillow for a grand total of 5 nights and it has compressed by a good inch in both the ends and the important center area between the knees which is now only about 2" thick. The foam is soft and flimsy. A total waste of money. And I stupidly bought two of them. I've used between the knee pillows from other manufacturers for years, and this is by far the shoddiest one I've ever had.

The 3 star rating is my fault since I'm the one who order a pillow that is just too small for my husband to use. It seemed to be okay if you are petite. Should come with a second pillow case cover though.

I'll have to agree with a previous reviewer & say it's compressed way too much, with only a few uses so far, for me to give it anything better than 1 star. If it holds up longer than a few weeks, I'll come back here and update my review. Otherwise, I'm assuming it's going to compress to the point that it'll be useless soon.
