I bought this pillow simply because I was having issues with my knees banging together as I slept. As an avid side sleeper I needed something that would stay put through the night, but also be compact so my sleep was disturbed by having a massive pillow attacking my lower body. This did the trick! I highly, highly recommend it. The material the pillow is made of is not to soft, but not too hard either and the terrycloth cover is super comfy and washes well. My only gripe is that it makes my ankles come together at a weird angle, but this is to be expected and can be avoided by adjusting my leg position or putting an additional support there.
It is much better than my old foam pillow.
