This is just a misrepresentation warning -In case you mistakenly get ready to pay 3x for this over the regular polyurethane foam wedges based on the deceptive title of this product.The wedge is not memory foam. Only the little lumbar support is. So save your money and buy the other cheaper wedges. Or buy an actual memory foam wedge if thats what you were looking for. Seller appears to be disingenuous, using a tricky item name to deceive.
I read a lot, and I usually sprawl out on the couch to read. Recently, I had to go to physical therapy, and my therapist admonished me to "listen to my body" regarding pain and discomfort. So I decided to try a more supported position to read in. I am absolutely in love with this pillow. I don't really use the neck roll, or when I do I tuck it under my knees.
