These served my purpose but the width varied across the 10' length. So, if you are looking for true 18", don't get these, otherwise they are fine as far as material is concerned.

This type of foam was extremely expensive in my area and to reupholster my chairs would have been cost-prohibitative but this was extremely affordable and I am very happy with the purchase.

It's a foam sheet the size they say it is. They shipped it well, arrived in good time.

I used this for a little extra padding on some seats I made for inside a RV. It's easy to cut, and supplies a little padding. They also sell thicker pieces which would have added even more padding of course. Not sure what other people use this stuff for? But for my application, worked fine.
