Got pair of these in "pussy willow grey," which is basically a dirty, slightly yellow off-white color, not really a grey at all. The fabric is see-through thin. Really thin. Transparent. There is a label, about 1 x 1.5 inches on the outside of the pillowcase with the Kumi Kookoon logo that is very distracting. Why couldn't this be on the inside of the pillowcase? Why is it necessary to advertise with this big logo?
According to the manufacturer, "silk is composed of 18 essential amino acids, which improve skin and hair." No improvement here. I purchased this item because I thought sleeping on it would leave my hair just a tad less messy that a regular cotton pillowcase, but there is no difference.
I regret my purchase. $120 is a lot to spend on super-thin silk pillowcases that aren't even the color described.
