I get back aches and needed a setup like this to give me proper support. Here are the reasons I really like this system:

* Great posture support for a reclined position, similar to those adjustable recliner beds.

* Configurable to whatever angle pleases you for your back and/or your legs

* Hi-tech material prevents the cushions from slipping around! The way the fibers are lined up on the cushion surfaces, they sort of "lock" together when laid on top of each other.

Here are a couple of things which I find to be drawbacks:

* Bit bulky to move around, so it's not easy to take off-and-on your bed on a regular basis.

* If you want to read or work off your laptop, you'll need a laptop support cushion, and something like that isn't included.

* If you need special lumbar support, you can use the head cushion, but then you won't have anything to support your head.

To me, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Superman Flying High Standard Reversible Pillowcase

This was a gift for my son-in-law... an over grown kid that is a big Superman fan. He's a paramedic and he takes this pillowcase with him when he's working 24-48 hr shifts. He loves it!

This is one of our best looking pillowcases. Just beautiful colors, nice images, and cool to have Supes on duty at night!

However, the surface is a little scratchy. That makes it uncomfortable for those who sleep on their tummy, like me. But I just put my second pillow under my face at night, and Superman on top during the day. Also, when I nap, I nap on my back instead, so it's ok to use superman for napping!

All in all, this pillow case is worth any downside. The price listed here seems a bit high: I found one at either Wmart or Kmrt for about half this price. But the stores do tend to run out of these and other "cool" super cases; and I don't think they're all being snatched up by the under 18 crowd!

We have this entire sheet set, which is made in Pakistan, so the comfort level isn't up to our USA standards. Keep that in mind before buying. I've heard that they're "crunchy" to sleep on and not all that comfortable. However, I have found that by running them through an extra rinse cycle and adding more liquid fabric softener, that helps tremendously. The colors are extremely vibtant and gorgeous, to be honest, and very unlike most other sets I've seen in the stores. We really love this set in our house, didn't fade and has been washed numerous times and still looks great. Highly recommend!

Color faded dramatically and stained the inside or my dryer blue. It finally came off after about 3 weeks. Pillowcases are stiff too...low quality
