This is a very nice book stand, stylish with pockets and an attached bookmark. Maybe my books are too thick, because they keep sliding off the lip of the book stand. Otherwise, very nice reading accessory for the avid reader.

My husband wanted to find a Nook Accessory Christmas gift but could not find anything. I have a wonderful cover, all the power chargers I need for home, car, boat, or travel. So he was very frustrated when he found this item. He had noticed me putting my Nook on a pillow in my lap at night so I could put on hand lotion, brush my hair, or when my hands were bothering me (arthritis). When he found this it said NOTHING about using it with a Nook or eReader, or iPad. Let me tell you it is PERFECT and I carry it around like a security blanket. Now if my engineer husband can come up with a folding design to use with air travel I'll be set for life.........or at least for the life of the eReader technology !

Works in the car, boat, anywhere you want to prop up your Nook/Book/eReader/iPad.

This is a great invention. It's lightweight and well made. The yellow color is very pretty, sort of golden and suede like material. Smaller than I thought it would be. Good idea for balancing a hardback book or a tablet to give your wrist a rest. But if you are trying to bring a book more level so you don't have to bend your neck as much, it's not going to work for you unless you place it on top of a pillow. It sits too low in your lap and the book or tablet sit up to straight. I find it to work better while sitting up in bed than sitting in a chair or on the couch. I think it depends on how you sit up in bed or on a chair/sofa will determine if it will work for you.
