Royal Opulance Zippered Satin Pillow Case

I purchased a number of satin pillowcases and headcoverings because my fine hair started turning into balls of knots at night. And I started doing vintage hairstyles which require a lot of work and sometimes I like to preserve them, or wet settings overnight. Anyway, I digress, the 100% satin or 100% silk are obviously the best and will leave you snag and tangle free.

These are polyester, like satin. They will do a decent job at a fraction of the cost. However, if you have dry skin they will snag and catch at dry skin. If you just want to protect your hair cheaply, I would suggest a satin sleep cap they are about $1.98 at discount stores. Unless you sleep next to someone then pop for the case and moisturize.

I ordered this pillowcase in addition to a satin sheet set on Amazon.com. I was skeptical of the colour and possibly staining but when washed and used I did not encounter any colour stain. A nice case but I wish it included two for that price verses just one.

The product is well made and the zipper is covered by a large flap so I hardly notice it's there. Unfortunately it seems to be aggravating my skin, even after several washes.

I will still continue to use this product but I wish I had shopped around a little more before spending my money on this one.

This is a very good quality item and the colors are beautiful. It's easily washable and comes out of the dryer wrinkle free.
