My foot was neither turning in nor out, at least as far as I could determine. But, I have been having bothersome tendon pains in my outer hip area, and I found that if I were to put more weight on the inner part of my foot when I walk (an unnatural walking posture, to be sure!), I would have much less pain. So, I ordered one of these wedges as a trial. So far, the jury is out. I think that I am getting some relief, but it could also be the triumph of hope over reality.
