All of the pictures of this quilt that I've seen online fail to do it justice. It is a beautiful quilt. Vivid colors and excellent quality. My daughter hates anything traditionally "girlie" and loves this bedding. I was hesitant at first because I though that the gingham pattern wouldn't mix so well with the large appliqued flowers. I was completely wrong. The set it just stunning. More importantly is that my 10 year old has had it on her bed for a year now and it's held up wonderfully. It's been through the washer and dryer without fading and the seams are still intact. I was able to purchase the set at a great price, but can even recommend buying it at a higher price because of the quality.

The pillow covers are a great quality for an even better price. The covering is soft and well put together. Fit my 20x20 pillows just fine. The only negative is that if you want to rest on the pillows, the rhinestone side is not the one to do it on (because, duh, they're rhinestones you'll be poked). But the stones are put on quite nicely, and so far, none have fallen off. The applique is a soft, sturdy piece. Not pulling up at edges at all. Plus, the company sent me a free gift for the review I provided! I would definitely buy more in other colors if I wanted to change up my living room decor, but for now, the blue ones are looking great with the theme I have (blue/white/silver).

Im African-American and I bought it to avoid having to tie my hair up every night, because every head scarf I have tried, would cause hair breakage. Doo rags would break off my hair along the tie line (side edges and back). Scarf would ride up in the back and over time break my hair in the back about 2 inches from the roots. Bonnets would, over time, eventually rub my edges out all around my head. So I decided to ditch them all. This pillow case is wonderful. I can gather all my hair, put it to one side, and lay down on my back, and as I turn my head up, down, left, right, I don't even have to lift my head up and smooth my hair back down. The pillowcase is SO smooth feeling, and very soft. And it doesn't make me hot (as scarves and head-ties tend to do. It comes packaged very nicely folded in a nice sheer pouch (with satin-ish trim (can make a great gift).

I've never paid this much for a pillow case before but it was well worth it. It really is high quality and super soft to the skin so you sink into pillows. There's no scratching or pulling on your face or hair if you're worried about that. I haven't woken up with any creases on my skin from this pillow case yet and I use to fairly frequently with my old pillow cases. It's also a good size and it fits my memory pillow and our big fluffy pillows. But it is a standard pillow case and it wouldn't fit the oversized/king sized pillows. It has gone through the laundry without any special treatment and it came out just like the first day I unwrapped it.

My only complaint is they pillowcases aren't quite large enough for a king size pillow. The have a funny offset cut on the open end similar to a shirt that is cut longer in the back than in the front. But they are great. My hair doesn't look like I just stood out in a tornado when I sleep on these beauties!

I bought this in hopes that it would help a bad case of tendinitis that has settled into my shoulder and upper arm. I've also been waking up with a stiff neck and shoulders and I was hoping that if I had a more supportive pillow, and was better aligned in general, it would help with the stiff neck and possibly be good for my arm. I am used to down pillows, and noticed this was quite firm/stiff when I got it, but decided to try it anyway. The first night I used this pillow, I wasn't impressed, but then realized I had it the wrong way--opposite of what you see in the picture-the flatter end was under my neck (oops!). Last night I tried again, this time using it the way it shows in the picture. It was awful! If I wasn't impressed using it the "wrong" way, I was in pain from using it the "right" way. I woke up a little stiff the first morning, but attributed that to the way I had slept on the pillow. This morning, I woke up with my arm throbbing (it's usually more sore in the mornings but nothing like this) and stiff, sore muscles all through my neck and across my shoulder blades. For the record, I am in my early 30s,and have a good mattress. This pillow is extremely firm and has very little give. Happily, I bought this at a local Marshalls, made sure I could return it if I didn't like it. I kept the plastic sheath over the pillow when I used it, putting a pillow case on over that. I will say that this possibly affected the amount of "give" to the pillow, since it is supposedly heat sensitive and is supposed to mold around your head and neck as it gets warmer, but I doubt it. It was quite warm after I slept on it. Warm, unyielding, and uncomfortable! All in all, this was a major disappointment.

It was quite uncomfortable to sleep on so one star. I gave it an extra star b/c I use it as a cushion while driving and it's quite comfortable there... just not on my neck.

I received these beautiful pillows that I have been dying to get for my living room, and they are nice and pretty, but unfortunately they are not the same color as pictured or sold at the Ashley Furniture Store. The picture shows them as light blue, but when I recieved them, they are a light blue green color, they are not the light blue that I remember or saw in the picture, they are still pretty, but wrong color.

Pinzon 160-Gram Yarn-Dye Flannel Sham

I bought a pair of these shams along with the duvet cover. I am very happy with my purchase. The colors are very true to what is published here on Amazon. The flannel is soft and brushed and is not overly thick like pajamas. I did not want the P.J. look on my bed :) As usual, Amazon came through with on time delivery!

I own some other duvet covers from large mail order merchants known for their flannel sheets. These compare very well to ones from from them at a lower cost. A set of flannel pillowcases from these merchants will run you more than this costs.

Trust a Scotsman!

Now, I also wear the kilt and have tartans in my kilt wardrobe, which makes me a tartanphile. I prefer my duvet covers to be tartan than just plain, or any other pattern than tartan. So, you can disregard the rest of this review if you are not too picky about what tartan graces your bed.

On the other hand, this isn't a proper Black watch. I did have to admit that I was chuffed to see the white stripe, hoping this would be Forbes (my tartan). On the other hand, this looks more like some sort of Lamont: kind of a dark ancient version of the tartan. That means the picture is sort of correct, but the blue is a hair darker than it looks.

I would have loved it if these were Forbes Tartan since a Kinloch-Anderson Forbes Duvet cover runs around US$500.

Nevermind, these are a great deal at this price and I am glad I bought 4 of the Duvet covers! I have put these in my basket for after Christmas.

I bought this sham and duvet cover for my son's bed. The duvet is way bigger than the standard down comforter and I had to cut it down and re-sew it. Both also shed badly. When they were washed the washer and dryer were full of bits of fabric. My son is constantly complaining that his sheets are covered with bits of flannel from his cover. Good colors that have stayed bright for three washings now, but I still wouldn't recommend this product.

Bought two of these shams and the matching duvet cover. Didn't even realize that this was an Amazon label. Excellent quality, feel, materials. The weight is heavy, the construction is very nice, the flaps to cover the back have a generous overlap. The colors are right on to the images. I would certainly buy another set if needed. I finally figured out that a sham that uses standard sizes is just that, use a standard pillow; strange but no one will say that. I bought therma pillows that we really too tall to sleep on comfortably but they make perfect sham fillers, nice, fat and resilient. They've gone through 5 washes in an front-loading HE washer and the colors are as good as ever.

I have tried this while reclining on the couch and it holds the ipad nicely and comfortably rather than it sliding around on a lap. The pillow is also nice enough to just leave on the couch like a throw pillow when not in use. The front pocket that the ipad sits in is a little too deep so you have to lift it a little to touch the bottom of the screen. Not a big deal but a bit of a design flaw.

I have used this epillow for about 3 months and I really like it. The pillow fits my kindle perfectly. I can use my kindle in my lap with no problems. I also have had no problems with the pillow getting flat. I think that using it as a regular pillow (which is not what it is designed for)would make it get flat. I recommend.

This is a beautiful bed spread. I have 2 twins pushed together to make a king. This spread fits it perfectly, with enough overhand to hide the complete sides. Haven't tried to wash it yet, but it looks like it will hold up.

This is well made, warm and covers our queen bed well, perhaps not quite as long as shown in picture, but we have a thick mattress and bed skirt, so it was great for us. I especially like the yellow and blue theme, very soft colors and does look heirloom.

But, I have been having bothersome tendon pains in my outer hip area, and I found that if I were to put more weight on the inner part of my foot when I walk (an unnatural walking posture, to be sure!), I would have much less pain. So, I ordered one of these wedges as a trial. So far, the jury is out. I think that I am getting some relief, but it could also be the triumph of hope over reality. I got this for my dorm. Considering the fact i spent 33 dollars on this, I wasn't expecting it to feel that cheap, I would have gone to Walmart or target. It is also not as warm as I expected it would be, I live in Virginia so winters are relatively cold. I need a fleece blanket underneath to stay warm. I gave it 3 stars for its look. It looks really pretty and fancy. After you wash it, be careful, it bunches up, so i would air dry it. The quality isn't completely there.

I hope this helps.....Overall I am satisfied with this purchase, But I would not pay 81.00 or however much it is priced at today for it. Go to Walmart or Target, you'll get a better deal and probably higher quality.
