The pillow is nice enough, color and size exactly matches picture. The only problem I have is that it picks up EVERYTHING...so if you sit next to it, chances are you will leave lint from your clothing, stuf that are airborne also finds it's way here. I have to use a lint roller constantly.

I purchased my pillow from Brookstone over 9 years ago. I needed it for the neck support. My pillow has held up for all these years with no problem. The material in this pillow works with the heat from your body to mold to the shape of your body. If you like to sleep on a cold pillow, this pillow is not for you. I recently purchased a new tempur-pedic thinking that the new pillow will have more support as this material over time degrades and will not bounce back into shape as quickly.

I found that the new pillows are not as firm as mine was when I first purchased it. I had to return the pillow since my 9-year-old pillow is firmer than the new ones they have out under the same name. Remember if you do not like a HOT pillow this will not work for you, as the heat from your body will make it feel very warm. I sleep with a fan on me all night anyway so this does not effect me but family members have tried to use the pillow to try it out and found the pillow got to hot for them to use.

Overall I love my pillow and panic if I happen to forget it when I go out of town. If you have neck problems (mine are from an accident) this pillow can certainly help.

One major complaint is that the pillow case covers they sell (very expensive) do NOT fit the pillow. It is not designed to fit the pillow even though they advertise that it is a custom pillow cover. A better solution is to just use a regular pillowcase or a pillow sham. Brookstone should be ashamed to sell these pillow covers as they do NOT fit they are at least 5 inches longer than the pillow which causes you to constantly adjust the pillow case so as not to get wrinkles on your face or to prevent lumps under your head while sleeping.

This is not the first contour pillow I have used and am quite happy with the comfort and durability of this product, but there is a bit of a problem with this pillow when you first get it. The smell is awful. Really awful. It took almost a month of airing it before the pillow was useable. Once "seasoned" I have no complaints about this product and in fact think it is superior to any other pillow for retaining its shape after repeated use.

I've been sleeping on orthopedic neck pillows for about 12 years now.

I had to change my pillow and I purchased the Tempurpedic contour neck pillow. The first time I "tested" it (not slept on it) I thought it was great. Firm, great support.

Then I actually slept on it. I hated it. It squishes down to about one inch from the heat of your body. I actually need it to hold its shape.

I got rid of it and bought the Double Core Select Pillow Orthopedic Pillow. This pillow doesn't lose its shape and you can change the cores to adjust the firmness.

The tempurpedic is a waste of money.

Unfortunately this pillow was a waste of money for me. I had two issues which made it unusable:

First, the smell never entirely dissipated and caused allergy problems for my husband. They claim that these are hypo-allergenic, but this was not the case for us.

Second, this actually CAUSED me to develop neck pain. I've used cheaper foam pillows in the past with no problem, but something about this one wreaked havoc on my neck. I stopped using the pillow after about a month and the pain was gone in a week!

This was an extremely disappointing experience, made even more so by Tempur-Pedic's refusal to accept returns and lack of concern with the issues caused.

I have purchased two of these pillows over the last three years and here are my thoughts:

It works nicely (for me) when it is new. I even take it on trips.

It deteriorates quickly, about 12 months (the center of the pillow becomes permanently indented, thus providing little support except at the sides)

Customer service makes you jump through hoops to honor their warranty.

I am waiting for a replacement pillow from them as I write this (having sent the damaged pillow back).

If this one does the same thing, I will try something different (like the Double Core Select Orthopedic Pillow). It is way too expensive to work well for only one year!!!

This set is ship in 2 boxes with headboard in one box and the 3 frames and slats in another. I agree with the other review that the shipper is not that great. They wouldn't even wait for me to check the content of the package and basically said they couldn't careless if the package was damage by them or if it even the right item that I ordered.

Anyway, this is not a review about the shipper, so here is my take on this Baxton Studio bed frame and headboard.

It was very easy for me to setup my set, because I set my up without using the middle bar and slats. Basically I set up a square box and put my old box spring inside it. I have an eastern king serta icomfort insight and it fit perfectly. The whole set is very low to the ground, which can be good for some and not others. I like it, because my Yorkie can jump up and down by itself. The material feels smooth and nice to touch. The headboard is not as soft as I would have like it to be. One bad thing about this set is that the 4 silver leg stand on each of the corner is bolted by one screw only. It feels pretty lose, but the weight will come down on it, I guess.

It looks and feels very good.

My experience purchasing this product was a nightmare! Since this is a large item, it had to be delivered via a carrier who gave me a 4 hour time frame. At the end of the 4 hours, I called to check the status and they did not arrive until one hour later (What's the point of giving you a delivery window when you can't even meet it?) When the product arrived, I noticed that the packaging for this product was horrible! There were no cushions or protective coverings for the bed; the box was ripped open on one of the sides and had puncture marks all over. Although I did not even open the box, the back of the headboard had holes from the punctures and there were scratches on the side where the box was ripped open. Since this is a white bed, the black marks and scratches were unacceptable. To make matters worse, only the headboard was delivered; carton 2 of 2 (which should have contained the bed) was not shipped. Amazon gave me a choice of replacing the item or a refund. I was weary of going through the same experience given that the product was poorly packaged and arrived in such a damaged condition. Amazon has been great about giving me a prompt refund but the scheduling of the product pickup through the carrier has been just as horrible as the delivery. I called Amazon and the carrier twice to schedule pickup. After finally scheduling pickup almost 2 weeks after the refund, I was again given a 4 hour pickup window and of course the carrier did not arrive until 3.5 hours after the given time frame ended. Needless to say, I would not recommend purchasing this product whatsoever.

This chair has a sturdy frame. The chair is light and easy to fold. The fabric looks, feels, and is rich. The chair is the most comfortable chair I have ever purchased and I have purchased many. The purchase was delivered in a timely fashion and there was NOTHING to put together. I would recommend this chair to anyone! The biggest problem you will encounter will be to keep out people out of it; so you can sit in it yourself!

I studied so many chairs and decided to take a chance with these because the price was so good, and the color was fine. When the box came I could see the packaging was terrible. The box was wrinkled and had even been punctured. But the chairs turned out to be fine. I've just used mine a few times, so I don't know how they'll hold up over time. I always bring them inside at the end of the day, and they fold up easily. When you want to recline, just put both feet on the bottom front bar and push it away from you as you lean back. The pillow is very adjustable and fastens in the back with velcro. They are so relaxing to sit back in!

I just got my chair today, and I'm sitting in it as I write this. I read various reviews both for this model and the oversized chair. Based on the reviews (which I interpreted as fairly average overall), I decided that a chair is really a personal thing as far as "fit". Not everyone is proportioned the same. That being said, I am a 5'8" female and fairly *well-nourished* for my height, which made me question whether this chair would suit my needs. I won't say how much I weigh, because that's a personal thing too, lol. We'll just say that my hips don't touch the inside of the bars on either side of the seat. ;)

I might have purchased the oversized chair except that it was more costly, and it's *brown*. :Q

This chair seems to have been designed for someone around 5'6" or 5'7". Any taller than me, and your feet will be hanging off the foot bar. With my legs fully extended the backs of my heels rest right on the top of it. While wearing my Crocs and with the bottoms of my feet resting *on* the foot bar my ankles are angled outward a bit. The weight of my laptop pushes my feet out of position, which is unfortunate since I use my laptop for my home-based business probably 16 hours a day. I wear my Crocs for about that long too, and I plan to use this chair a lot (I'm moving to a house with an awesome backyard view of the mountains, ya know ;). The awkwardness of how my feet rest on the foot bar is less of a concern when I lean back, but it's uncomfortable having to crane my neck upward to type.

Now for the "dual fingertip locking system". These latches are a bit unsophisticated to label them a "system", lol. I have found them next to useless. I pushed them all the way in, pulled them all the way out, and it took all 4 fingers to do it. They don't "lock" anything, and only increase the tension of the chair at best. They do seem like they might break with aggressive handling. Right now it isn't much of a concern since the chair stays in position reasonably well on its own, but if the chair loses tension the lack of properly functioning locks could become an issue.

The chair swings back for a perfectly comfortable evening of stargazing, the position in which this chair is truly at its best.

The armrests are indeed plastic, but they are sturdy, very comfortable, and are completely stable.

My lower back, behind, and legs have no complaints; however, the mesh feels a bit tight across my upper back. Nothing to cause me to demand a return shipping label, and the mesh will probably relax over time.

The seat does not sag, but over time the mesh will probably relax there too. That would be fine, since right now I feel like I'm sitting *on* the chair as opposed to *in* it.

The frame is durable, stable, and does not sway. At this point there is no squeakage noted.

The removable headrest has an elastic strap, so the "pillow" can be positioned anywhere along the back of the chair. The pillow is a very firm piece of foam. It is worth mentioning that the pillow cover has a slot in the back, which is convenient if you want to remove the foam and replace it with your own material.

The width between the bars on either side of the seat is just over 22 1/2". If your personal seat is wider, I would recommend going with the oversized model. Also, this chair has a 300 pound weight capacity. Although the chair is durable and may accommodate that much weight, I think that due to its size anyone over 250 pounds would find it uncomfortable.

I do suggest keeping the chair out of the elements when not in use. I suspect that sun and rain will cause the mesh to deteriorate and weaken.

Overall, this chair is reasonably comfortable and I am fairly happy. I expect to use it daily for several hours at a time without any real discomfort. If this chair only lasts a year with everyday use, I will have considered the price to be on target. As is, I estimate that I will get two years' use out of it, possibly three. If I didn't think I could comfortably use it for an extended period of time I would return it. I will certainly update if it fails anytime before a year or two. :)

I bought one of these chairs and the plastic slide on the right side of the chair broke not long after I bought it. No one sells the slides so I guess I am stuck with an expensive piece of junk. I would think that the manufacturer would make these slides out of something stronger. Not a happy Camper!

Comfortable and soft... what more is there to say? :) Well, a bit more... but not much, since it is a very nice bed in a bag set and I am happy we found it! The design and the colors of the comforter are very nice the floral designs match the pillowcases, and the tan sheets go very well with the reds and tans of the pillows and comforter. The addition of a bed skirt was a selling point as well... not many other BIAB sets had one added, except for the more expensive sets. We've notices that they DO get softer with washings... be careful with the comforter though... we put it in the dryer to "fluff" it and it came out a little lumpy. Nothing that laying it flat and smoothing it out didn't fix, but it's just something to be aware of if you wash/dry the comforter. The Large Square pillow case is a bit odd... not sure why that is there and what size of pillow to get for it, so we just haven't used it yet. Overall though, this is a nice BIAB set, and we have enjoyed it so much it is difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. :)

I received the bedding set quickly. However, when I opened it one of the pillow cases was ripped and one of the buttons on the decorative pillows had fallen off. The bed skirt was also poor quality, it was ripped and frayed at the seams. The decorative pillows that are pictured are not the pillows included in the set. The pattern is beautiful and true to the picture. The sheets and comforter are very soft. It is too bad that this set was made poorly.

I purchased this set because I loved the colors and pattern. I had been looking for a while for a set but when I received this I was very disappointed. It arrived with poor workmanship to the pillows and the comforter. First the very middle of the comforter had the fabric bunched terribly from where they were trying to sew a stitch across the top. It has these stitches throughout the top of the comforter to prevent the filling from moving around. The other stitching strings were coming out and when you flipped it over there was a hole. I debated about trying again or just getting my money back because I thought it was just a bad set. The exchange process was excellent, no complaints at all. When I received my new set it was so much better except I had to fluff the pillows and move the stuffing to the corner of the pillows. But after I did that the looked fine. I washed the sheets and putt together the set and it looked beautiful. The next morning however, I was shocked to see the pillow with the sham over it had bleed just from my husband sleeping on it. Now I didn't wash the shams just the sheets so, maybe that was the reason but I'm still disappointed that the quality of the fabric is so poor. I can imagine after a few washes it is going to fade terribly and soon the set won't even match. What a waste of $150.00 and I am annoyed I can't return it since it isn't in it's original packaging. Definitely don't waste your money if you are looking for a durable bedding set.

Before putting this set on my bed, I washed and dried it and didn't have any problems with shrinkage. I love the feel of the fabric, very soft. My only issue is that the pillow shams are slightly different in color from the duvet cover so it wasn't exactly "matching" as it said in the product description. Other than that, I'm very pleased with this duvet cover.

While this pad may be comfortable, it is completely impractical as it is too thick to close the bed afterwards. Therefore you need to take it off every morning after use. In addition, the seller's return policy was not clear and very strict. I ended up losing my money on this product.

I purchased this mattress pad for my sofa bed. It fits nicely and definitely makes the bed more comfortable to sleep on. The only down side is that I have to remove it every time I close the bed up. Not Comfort Clouds issue. It is nice and thick so it does what it is supposed to do. I have a small house so there is no place to store it when not on the bed. It's of nice quality and worth the price.

Mabis/DMI healthcare Cervical Foam Roll, Blue

I bought this to replace a Mckenzie Neck Roll, as this one was much cheaper at the time. I had the Mckenzie neck roll for a few years and it was getting flat so thought I would try this one. My experience has been that this neck roll is cheaply made and doesnt hold its shape well at all. Within one night of sleeping with this neck pillow it was already pretty flat and wasnt gaining its shape back. For a few extra dollars I'd go with the Mckenzie, much better quality product.

This pillow is exactly what my wife needed. BUT the picture shows THREE different sized pillows, which is what we thought we would receive. It's the same picture that comes on the ONE pillow you actually receive. My wife wanted to have the different sizes to find the one that would work best. We got lucky with the size we got.

Updated Review: Though this item offers good support for back sleepers, I often turn to my side when sleeping and this product offers no support for side sleeping. I would end up folding it under my head just to get by, but it wasn't comfortable. I would wake up with neck pain. I ultimately purchased Tri-Core Orthopedic pillows and have been sleeping well for over a month now.

Original Review: Shipping took a while, but it arrived just as pictured. I have worked up to using it for several hours each night, not yet spent a whole night with it, but I do find that my neck feels better and better as I use this. Caution: Don't push yourself too fast and do an all nighter with this roll, it will put your neck into some pain. Use it a little at a time and allow your neck to adjust slowly. You will have a much more comfortable transition this way.

One complaint, the foam does flatten somewhat quickly. I have had mine less than two weeks and it already has some (minor) visible flattening. Still, good product. My hubby bought a more expensive one elsewhere. Don't waste your money, this one is identical to the more expensive ones.

The mattress topper is actually very good quality memory foam. It only took a couple of hours for it to fully expand, and it covered the mattress completely unlike some others I've seen that are 1" or more shorter than the mattress. A 2" foam just isn't thick enough for my taste. I wish now I had gotten the 3". Other than that, it's a great topper at an equally great price.

Update 6/23/08: The topper is getting body impressions where we sleep. I thought memory foam was supposed to go back to its original shape. This one doesn't seem to do that. I will definitely contact the manufacturer to see if maybe mine is defective.

My mother had bought a 4 inch twin for my grandmother at approx. the same price at one of those super stores, so I was worried about feeling a little ripped off. NOT AT ALL. When they say super soft they mean it, and it made the miserable air matress I was on comfy. I sleep on a quality tempra foam matress the rest of the time and I like this topper so much I might start packing it in my luggage to make hotel beds bearable. Great product for us picky sleeps.

We recieved this item in a timely manner. That is the only good thing we can say about it. This is not our first memory foam pad and so we were excited to be ordering a new one. Our older one was about 10 years old and not what it had once been. when this came it looked just like a foam pad...nothing like memory foam, but since the density was different we decided yo give it a try. Have you ever slept on the floor? That is what this pad is like. There is no memeory to this foam...it never recovers so it is lumpy and hard. With artritis this has been too much to bear. Do youself a favor and buy from someone else.
