Even though this says "pillow top" it is a FIRM mattress. Not soft at all, but I have slept on it a few times, and it seems comfortable, I didn't have to keep turning because it was too hard or anything. Got this mattress because I wanted an one with less toxic flame retardant for my 4 -yr old, but couldn't really spend $1000 on a latex one. Of course they don't really state on their website what kind of flame retardant they use so who knows? I did let it off-gas for a couple days in a spare bedroom with the window open, and after that it really had no smell to it. It shipped very quickly, I had it in a few days.Save 30% Off
