Its too firm. I got a headache within minutes of using it which went away soon after I changed the pillow. I will be returning it.

I first slept on this pillow at HGI and got some of the best sleep quality ever. I had to have this pillow for my own bed. Found it at Amazon and I am quite happy with my pillow. I am a side and back sleeper and this pillow works well for me.
