These are terrific pillows, good material and well made. However, if I had it to do over again, I'd have bought the extra firm pillows instead. These aren't as firm as I expected. If you want a really firm pillow, I suggest you go with the extra firm intead.

These pillows are NOOOOT FIRM!!!! These are the softest, thinnest pillows I've ever purchased. I'm very disapointed. They are also not a full queen size. I really expected thick "hard" pillows and with these I still have to sleep with my arm under my head for full support. I must need a rock or something in my pillow...I'm keeping them for the guest room.

We did our bathroom in a granite like ceramic tile from Home Depot. It has all shades of black and brown and grey. Matching a curtain to this very masculine looking bathroom was a challenge and we really didn't want a hard to maintain glass shower door. This curtain was just perfect in our bathroom! We don't even use a liner it is washable and while it does get wet it also dries very quickly. It hangs nice and pushes to the side very compactly unlike some of the plastic curtains that don't stay pushed open. The colors are perfect with the dark tile and the grey wall color. Nice quality and rich looking.

Sunbrella Outdoor Wicker Loveseat Cushion - 44 x 19 x 5 in.

We use these in the cockpit of our sailboat. The material is great for outdoor use and they are very comfy, would recommend!

I love the color & comfort, however it's a bit short. If I sit on it, it "spreads out" and fits fine. ~But when you get up, it is short again. (If that makes sense). With side pillows on the wicker loveseat, it's not bad so I am keeping it. Great price!

Simmons Beautyrest Skyrise 17-Inch Twin Pillow Top Express Air Bed with Pump

Nice height for a casual bed (it is 17" high though not 18"!). Quick to inflate and deflate about a minute each. Nice that the pump also deflates the bed quickly as well as a simple manual deflate (just push a button).

I've owned a twin aerobed before and I would say the similar aerobed is a little better quality wise but I liked that this one does the job fine and was cheaper. It also seems much more compact in the storage bag than the aerobed I had which is a plus for me.

I wouldn't call it a pillowtop it has a thin velvet-like top to it that is better than lying right on vinyl but you'll want to put sheets over the bed anyway.

TIP If you leave the pump attached for more than a second once you've finished inflating then air will start to leak out. You have to quickly twist the pump off to keep it firm. At least that is what I had to do not sure if it is a faulty pump?

We had a relative stay for a few weeks and my son slept on this mattress. We never had to add air and he jumped on it a few times, held up well with no leaks. Pleased with purchase. It is quite comfortable especially if you add an egg crate thin mattress on top or a soft blanket.

I love love love this mattress. As a matter of fact I don't even want a regular mattress and I've had one of the best. I'm in my 60s and I don't need to be feeling springs or lumps or uneveness. This is the best air mattress and I have used aerobed mattress for the last several years but when my last aero went out the store didn't have the one I wanted so I decided to give the Simmons Beautyrest Skyrise a try. I will never go back to aerobed as long as the SBS is available. Tip: Once you have it inflated lay on it facing the pump end and then you can determine how much firmness you need. In this rough economy, we had a family member in need of a place to stay in between jobs. Might have gone out and purchased a traditional bed, but that would have turned our house upside down. Instead, we opted for the Simmons Beautyrest air mattress, and it turned out to be an ideal solution.

From opening the box to having it inflated and ready to use was less than five minutes. The supplied electric pump worked well, and it was easy to inflate although I believe it could use some sort of automatic shutoff at the correct pressure. As it stands, you inflate it until you think it's firm enough I could imagine overor under-inflating until you get the hang of it. Not sure if you can over-inflate to the point of damaging the product, but I was just careful to make sure not to go too far.

It's certainly fairly sturdy...we had two good size adults sitting on it with no problems at all. As for comfort, well, it is an air mattress, so it feels a little different than a conventional bed. To me, it feels a bit like a 70's era waterbed in a way. You get used to it, and it's certainly more comfortable than (say) most sofabeds. Plus, when your guest leaves, you let the air out, fold it up, and it returns to it's storage pouch until the next time you need it without taking up room.

Definitely recommended for that occasional guest.

Basic Comfort Body Support Pillow Beige

I bought this brand of the "pregnancy pillow" because it seemed to allow the most flexibility in shape. My wife tells me that she would give this item 5 stars primarily because it is flexible, firm but soft. She has no complaints and sleeps better with this than without.

ADDENDUM: It's now been 7 weeks after my wife has given birth to our son, and my wife still prefers this pillow to our Tempurpedic $200 pillow! In fact, I actually have stolen it from her and find that it's pretty comfortable for anybody, pregnant or not!

Its pretty comfy, but it was a while before I could actually use it, the smell of chemicals where so strong when I first got it, I had to take off the cover and let it off-gas for at least 2 weeks before I felt comfortable sleeping with it. I also had to wash the cover a couple of times to get the smell off the cover, and it was a little difficult getting it back on. I don't think I would actually use this as a cushion for my baby just because its so clear that its either full of formaldehyde or other some kind of flame retardant chemicals.

I bought this pillow at a local store after the first truly horrible night of sleep I had while pregnant (legs went numb, feet were swollen, couldn't get comfy, baby was practicing to swim the English Channel etc). That horrid night of (lack of )sleep was immediately followed by one of the best nights of sleep I have had in years. I was totally comfy, I didn't have to sleep on my arm (so my shoulder wasnt all crunchy feeling) I didnt wake up with a sore hip from the baby pressure, no stiff neck. It was wonderful.

The only downsides to it are as follows: I havent been able to find a spare cover for itso when you have to wash the one it comes in you have to do it that day. Sometimes if the zipper may poke you a bitI found that this was easily fixable in under 5 seconds though.

Worth every penny!

I was very sceptical about buying a pregnancy pillow, but sleeping with 3-4 pillows turned into a nightmare! I am 5 months along and my back was giving me a lot of trouble. Some nights I woke up and couldn't lie down again. I think this pillow is perfect. It provides very good support to the back if you sleep on your back or a little bit on your side. If you sleep on your side, this might create a bit of an issue because tucking the pillow between your legs is a long process. I sleep with this pillow in the 6 position. The upper end provides comfortable support to my neck (I put a down pillow over it for comfort). Its not too big so my 6.4 tall husband and I manage to sleep ok on a queen bed. I am 5.3 and this is just right for tucking under my legs if I am on my back. If you are 5.8 or taller, you might have issues with the lower part. Overall, I love this pillow and it has made sleeping so much more comfortable than what it was! I love it!

I really want this pillow to work for me. But after a week of letting it air out so that I could be in the same room as it, despite the strong 'new' smell, and two nights of discomfort, I have to admit that this pillow is a bust. Perhaps 5'1" isn't tall enough for the pillow to fit me correctly? Maybe I'm too sensitive? Either way, the zipper around the 'neck' part of the pillow pressed into my neck in such a way that I was never able to get comfortable. This will be going into the garage sale.

I had a pillow like this one years ago. After it was worn out and had to be thrown away I looked for a memory foam pillow encased in down for years. I was thrilled to find this pillow, as I've not been able to find one anywhere else...and I've looked hard. The pillow is fantastic, and even better than the one I had before because this one allows you to adjust the firmness of the pillow. After I received the pillow I contacted the seller because I had a question. Brad from Utopia's customer service answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. I had zero problems with this order, but it's good to know that for future purchases, should there ever be an issue, the company's customer service is quick to help the customer.

I waited until I used this pillow for several months to give a review on it, as I depend on reviews myself when it comes to making a rather expensive purchase. The Utopia Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow was my second choice in a pillow. I was very upset when I found that Homedics no longer makes their down around pillow. I had the Homedics pillow for about 8 years and it was just about worn out! Overall, I would rate the Homedics as a much, much better pillow. Having said that, I would say that the Utopia pillow is the only thing that comes close to the comfort of the old Homedic. (Believe me, I looked ALOT and even bought a couple of other pillows!) The Utopia pillow does not have the support that it should for a side sleeper, even with all of the "inserts" put into it. I am very picky when it comes to my pillow, and it took me about 3 months to really get used to this particular pillow. Now I have to scrunch it up a little when I go to bed, but it is comfortable to sleep on.

TravelRest Travel Pillow Cover

I love the concept of the TravelRest pillow. I love the design, love how it works, everything. But I wasn't a fan of how it felt against my skin, so I bought this cover. Guess what? It's no better. Instead of being a soft, smooth surface, it's rough to the touch, and grabs onto your fingers. It's exactly the kind of thing you don't want touching your face if it's been more than 3-4 hours since you shaved (and, let's face it, that happens all too often when you're traveling).

Simply put, many of you are probably familiar with the fact that there's a good kind of microfiber, and a bad kind of microfiber. This one is definitely the latter. It's going back to Amazon tomorrow.

EDIT: I sent a similar message to the manufacturer via their website, and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from them the next day. And it wasn't just some drone in a cubicle it was the inventor's wife! She said that they had heard similar complaints from others, and that she herself wasn't thrilled with some of the materials they were using. They're investigating new materials, but are limited because of the unusual shape apparently it's hard to find a material that will allow them to use this shape and still provide the quality they require. While the review stands, I will throw in a couple extra stars for excellent customer service, and listening to their customers.

The microfleece cover for the TravelRest pillow makes a great travel pillow even better. It is very comfortable--soft and cuddly. When I was first putting it on my Travelrest pillow, I thought, "Oh great, how will I get the pillow strap out, once the pillow goes in the cover?" But the clever folks who designed it put a small reinforced slot at the end of the cover for the pillow strap to come through (important if you want to secure the pillow to your seat back or wear it like a guitar).

Because the cover fits tightly around the pillow, it is a bit of a challenge at first to get it on the pillow. But, once the cover is on, you appreciate the tight fit--no wrinkles to disturb your sleep.

It helps to have the pillow totally deflated when you start to put the cover on and also helps if you roll up the cover like a sock before putting it on. Once you have the cover on, it can stay there until it's time to wash it. The designers were also clever enough to make the cover a little shorter than the pillow, which allows you to use the snap to secure the pillow when the cover is on and the pillow is in the rolled up position. And you can still fit the pillow and cover in half the space of a gallon ziplock bag.

This cover definitely makes a great little travel pillow even better.

If you look on the product page for the TravelRest pillow, you see lots of extremely favorable reviews, including mine. After having tried lots of different travel pillows, I couldn't believe how much better the TravelRest pillow works, despite how goofy it looks at first.

This cover is a wonderful addition to an already great product. I used it recently on a California to East Coast red-eye flight, and again on a red eye to Germany, and really enjoyed the extra comfort provided by the cozy microfleece cover.

The cover is a little hard to get onto the pillow. Be prepared to fidget with it for 5-10 minutes to get it straight once inflated. But once it's on, you won't have to think about it again -the TravelRest pillow rolls up very nicely with the cover in place.

For those concerned about bulk and weight, the cover is light as a feather and adds very little bulk to the pillow when it's rolled up in your luggage. Also, because the cover is custom designed, it doesn't in any way interfere with the pillow features (i.e., the inflation nozzle, tie string, and seat-belt snap are all still accessible).

This pillow and cover are now part of my essential gear for overnight flights. They really make a difference in terms of helping me get a few hours of sleep on the airplane. Super product.

Its a very soft cover, fits the pillow like a glove. You still have easy access to the blow up thing and it doesn't add bulk. Its (again) super soft. It really does make a great travel pillow one notch better. And it fits without wrinkles! YES YES YES you should get it.

I just tried out the TravelRest pillow for a plane flight and was generally pleased. Because it is not a perfect pillow (the outer material is not that soft, and the edges of the material are somewhat sharp, for lack of a better descriptor), I opted to order the softer pillow cover. I haven't tried it out yet for a trip but after putting it on the pillow at home, I thought I would share my initial thoughts.

Pros: The fleece is soft and I appreciate that I can remove and wash it after a trip. It doesn't add too much bulk and after deflating the pillow, everything can be rolled up (though this may not be easy at first, see comments below). The hole for the adjustable cord is well-placed.

Cons:

1. I thought the bottom section of the pillow cover came down too low on the pillow, or it should have had a hole or space for the air valve, as the cover makes the valve harder to access. If I want to adjust the air of the pillow by pressing on the air valve, I have to roll up the cover a bit. This basically requires more time to adjust the pillow's fullness.

2. The pillow case adds just enough bulk to make it challenging to roll up and close the button to keep the rolled-up pillow secured. I had to try several times to roll it up tautly to secure the button. This may be even more challenging on a plane.

Wishes/other recommendations:

It seems like a pillow cover like this should come standard with the pillow. Also, it was very challenging to get the cover on the pillow, so I'd recommend not trying to do this on a plane. Perhaps a zipper case would be nicer and make it easier to slip on and remove.

While the product is well made, it isn't sateen or anything close to being a sateen. So, in that case I was disappointed in them since I hoped it would make stuffing in king pillow easier. Unfortunately it makes it even harder to do so.

While this definitely helped, the towel would compress, as you would expect, and in the course of a night's sleep, the support benefit would be lost. I haven't done it yet, but I think it would also be very convenient to take along during extended travel, so as not to regress when away from home. If you are unsure if this will help your neck pain, try a rolled towel for a week--and then buy this roll to aid in a long term solution. Highly recommended.

I used to use a tempurpedic memory foam pillow. It worked for a while to ease morning neck stiffness, but after a while, it didn't retain enough support to properly position my neck. At first, when i bought this, I thought it would have the same softness/degradation issues as the tempurpedic, but it doesn't! It's soft and unobstructive enough to feel like a soft bump in the pillow but I'm surprised that its firm enough to properly support my neck. I have not had any neck stiffness since I started using this roll in my pillow. And that goes for sleeping on both my back and side. I would recommend that you get this if you are a calm sleeper (i.e., don't move around a lot at night). Otherwise, the roll could shift around and actually be out of place relative to your neck, which could make things worse.

I really wanted to like this neck roll. I've had a painful neck for way too long now. The idea of supporting my neck while sleeping makes a lot of sense. It seemed like a relatively low price, however it's just a piece of foam. It's pretty expensive for foam.

After trying it for many weeks, I have come to the conclusion that it's causing more problems than it's worth. This roll is much, much harder than I was expecting. It seems okay, just really firm for the first few hours, then later in the night it feels worse and worse. I often wake up at 2 or 3 am because my neck is so incredibly sore. I can't lay back down on it because it feels like a rock and hurts bad. I pull out the roll, and try going back to sleep on the regular pillow. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep at all, which throws off my whole day.

If you already know that your neck is sensitive to extra firm rolls, I would say to stay away from this one and to look for a softer version of the same thing. This one might be good if you're using it for just a few hours I suppose. Overall I cannot recommend as I think I was better off without it.

I love this cervical roll. I realized finally that it was the way I was sleeping that has aggravated shoulder pain and once I started using this roll it helped me immensely to reduce that pain. It also helps prevent me from overextending my neck from side to side when I sleep thus cutting down on morning neck stiffness. I don't use it as recommended, I don't put it in a pillow case, I just use it loose as shown in the image. This way I can adjust it much easier as I turn from side to side, and even angle it in ways that suit my position.

My husband had used one just for neck pain and upper back pain and he didn't seem to think it helped his problem. So, it might not help all conditions, but it is a simple enough and inexpensive enough item to be worth a try.
