Snoogle Chic Jersey - Snoogle Replacement Cover with Zipper for Easy Use

This cover is 100% cotton and quite soft, unlike the cover that comes with the Snoogle. It feels like a nice T-shirt, and it's easy to put on because of the zipper. I'm still a bit irritated that the Snoogle doesn't come with a 100% cotton, soft, zippered cover, but alas, it doesn't. And given how much time I spend with my Snoogle, I decided it was worth spending the extra money to have a nicer feeling cover. I'd give it five stars if it didn't seem like such a rip-off.

I really liked the idea of having a machine washable cover for my Snoogle, but was a little hesitant to buy one after reading the complaints of the others having scratchy material and being really hard to put the covers back on. I think Snoogle listened! This one is a comfy, soft tee-shirt material and the zipper on the long end makes it really easy to put on (after I figured out that it works best if you start by bunching it and putting it on each end like you would nylons or tights). I highly recommend it, especially for those who bought the earlier ones and didn't like them.

I only took one star away because it makes me sweat like crazy. I'm actually not sure if it's the Snoogle itself, the material this cover is made of, or just being pregnant, but I consistently wake up with the entire left side of my head and insides of my knees drenched in sweat wherever I was in contact with the pillow. Thankfully, it is easy to remove and wash often, so that is an easy problem to fix.

This item was very poorly made. I was afraid that it wouldn't even stand up to a wash, or putting it on the pillow. The zipper was very cheap, the fabric was thin and scratchy. It did not match the description online (or the packaging that it came in.) I immediately returned it. Now, I just wrap my pillow in a jersey sheet and it is much preferable.

There was a one inch hole along the seam when I got it. I plan on sewing it up instead of exchanging it since I removed the tags and have already washed it. It is very comfortable as well as easy to remove and put back on for washing. I woul recommend it but definitely look it over first once you buy it.
