Purchased this for a long 12 hr flight and found it comfortable for the first 3-4 hrs. then it began to sag. Just not firm enough, but love that it's not bulky and looks ok when you have it on, unlike others that make you look a patient with a broken neck (lol). I would recommend this for people with small neck and want just enough support.

Used this on a trip over to Europe. It didn't keep my neck completely straight on the plane but definitely helped me from getting neck cramps. Was most useful when using another pillow against the window.
