I just got this pillow. It has a nice cotton but non removable cover, so I add a new cover. YOu cannot use it as a normal sofa pillow when watching TV, because it gets flat easily. But as a body pillow, it is very warm and super comfortable. Now I cannot sleep without it. It is filled with feather/down, but it does not smell at all as I am afraid of. I bet it is healthier than the man-made material body pillow too. All in all, I am happy for the purchase.

I thought it was strange that this item arrived folded in a box, but without a plastic cover. As far as hygiene, wasn't the best choice. I dont know if they did this to squeese it into the box, but would have been nice if it was wrapped in some kind of a plastic bag.

These were nice sheets. However, I did find a better quality brand. That brand were much softer, but they did require 5-wash treatments to get rid of the super strong die smell, since they were black and burgundy colors. They had lots of die making them very dark. As to the colors, the gold was nice, except the extra two pillow cases were a different shade color, darker and did not match. The seller was very courteous about it, he did not make them, and had no control over the die lots. He more than made up for the color problem monetarily, and as such, would be a seller I would buy something again, if I had a need in the future.

Purchased this for a long 12 hr flight and found it comfortable for the first 3-4 hrs. then it began to sag. Just not firm enough, but love that it's not bulky and looks ok when you have it on, unlike others that make you look a patient with a broken neck (lol). These pillows:

Ordered two of these in king size for our new, larger bed. They came quickly, shipped in a cardboard box and half out of their plastic sleeves. It rains here a LOT. So glad the box didn't get wet or I'd have had a moldy mess on my hands from the start. Once opened and the cardboard smell had dissipated, I tried to use them. They were so large, it wash difficult to get the cases on them. These are just highly stuffed, seemingly over-filled pillows. Don't see the down-alternative characteristic in these at all!. They are ordinary fiber-fill pillows, nothing special. I stuck them into some shams for decorative purposes only. They hold their original loft. In fact, you can't beat them down if you try. So if you are a giant or like a mile-high pillow to sleep on, these might be for you. Just not me. They do make a good sham pillow, though, that will stay firm enough to prop yourself up in bed for watching TV.

Years ago, I bought several down alternative pillows from Sam's that I believe were branded Serta Perfect Sleeper tho I could be wrong there. It was definitely a mattress brand, though. They were so good that everyone thought they were really down. Those were very soft and lightly filled. Felt just like down and squished down and need plumping regularly, just as down does. For someone with cervical disc problems that sleeps on her side, I need some height but not too much or I am in terrible pain the next day. These sunk down from the weight of my head to the perfect spot. If they became too flat, I could just plump them back up, just as with down. Perfect for me. Even better, they could be WASHED in the machine on gentle, 2 at a time, without loosing that quality--which was just fantastic for a household of folks with allergies. Such a great product. They even came with nice, patterned cotton covers that were zippered with piping sewn into the seams. No need to buy a pillow protector. All that and they cost about $13 or around $24 for a 2-pack.

Sadly, these are not the same as the Sam's pillows of old. Haven't seen them at Sam's in a while. If anyone knows of what I speak and knows where to get them now, I would appreciate your sharing.

Pinzon 500-Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sateen Sheet Set

Buy these sheets while you can, don't hesitate. These are superior sheets, the softest I have ever experienced, and today I am ordering 2 additional king sets and more for my guest room. I have used Egyptian sateen sheets for the last 25 years and have wanted to kick myself for not purchasing additional sets each time I had to replace my sheets---btw, I have only replaced my Egyptian sheets every 7 years. This time I am buying the extra sets. It was a hard decision, but I finally decided to disregard the unhappy reviews and order a Pinzon king set. I am so glad I took the chance.

The rough texture others experienced may result from how they were originally washed and dried. As soon as I received these sheets, I washed them in cold water with cold water Tide. I then dried them with some dryer sheets on the most delicate setting for about 15 minutes and then put them on air dry. That was it, they came out with very almost no wrinkles (I took them out immediately) and as soft as any sheet I have ever purchased. Today, I was washing an old set of sheets and one of my new Pinzon pillow cases went in with the old. I left everything in the dryer on high heat overnight. When I pulled the pillow case out it was rough, wrinkled, and did not even resemble my sheets. I threw it back in with my delicates on cold and long story short, it came out just beautifully. You will not have to treat these sheets so delicately after a few washes, but it is worth it to slide into sheer bliss when I go to bed. I am very picky, I will not sleep on crisp or rough sheets, so had these come out rough I would have returned them immediately for replacements.

The search for this product is confusing. You get a result for Queen sheet set and if you go to that page, you then select King. Amazon and the seller need to fix that.

These were awesome sheets coming out of the packaging and after a few washes they lost a little of their original softness. The one-star drawback for me was that they were marketed as deep fitting sheets. I found that not to be the case. These sheets on my 15" Cal King mattress are fully stretched to the corners with the sides not making it. At best, they were covering 75% of the mattress sides. Notice in the description that they don't identify what size mattress it can cover. I would guess no more than 12" by my experience.

After receiving my order of sheets, I washed them once and they are stiff and a rough. I can't understand how 500 thread count can be rough? Now reading other reviews of the product, I can now see that customers noticed the same that I did. The sheets are very thick compared to my 320 thread count sheets. I belive they are misleading people with the thread count advertised. I researched on Wikiapedia regarding the subject, and thread count is a measure of the coarseness or fineness of fabric. It is measured by counting the number of threads contained in one square inch of fabric, including both the length (warp) and width (weft) threads. It is used especially in regard to cotton linens such as bed sheets.

Thread count is a simple measure of fabric quality, so that "standard" cotton thread counts are around 150 while good-quality sheets start at 180 and a count of 200 or higher is considered percale. Extremely high thread counts (typically over 500) tend to be misleading as they usually use 'plied' yarns. i.e. one yarn that is made by twisting together multiple finer threads. For marketing purposes, a fabric with 250 yarns in both the vertical and horizontal direction could have the component threads counted to a 1000 thread count although "according to the National Textile Association, which cites the international standards group ASTM, accepted industry practice is to count each thread as one, even threads spun with twoor three-ply yarn. The Federal Trade Commission agrees and recently issued a warning that consumers 'could be deceived or misled' by inflated thread counts."[1]

I belive this to be true as the sheets are very thick and warm to there credit but not soft!!!

I ordered these along with a Pinzon duvet cover, and as advertised, the chocolate color matched perfectly. However, I was horrified when I first unwrapped the sheets. They were crispy, shiny, and stiff as the cardboard they were wrapped around. They actually crackled when folded, and they were shiny. I thought I had made a terrible mistake until I read other feedback. I washed them in cold/cold water on a delicate setting, with plenty of fabric softener, then dried them at the lowest temp. (This, by the way, is exactly what the tag instructs, but is totally opposite what I usually do with linens). They came out much much softer. After 2 days of sleeping on them, they were perfect. They're now very thick and lush and soft and matte finish. I've washed them 3 times with no pilling, stretching, shrinking, or decline in quality.

Just wash them in cool water and don't dry them to death, and they'll be fantastic.

At first, this pillow seemed great. It was small and supported my neck and it was a little thin, which is perfect for a back sleeper like me.

Unfortunately, this didn't last long. Sure, it's a small promo pillow, but the pillow is not symmetrical. One of the shorter sides has a seam and the other does not. You'd think that this wouldn't be a big deal, but after a while (not even a long while, less than a month!), my head started rolling toward the seamed side because that side becomes slightly flatter, while the unseamed side stays fluffy.

If you sleep on your side this might not be noticeable, but this caused my head to turn to the side and caused me some neck problems. Too bad; otherwise I would have kept using it. Will still leave it for guests or friends who are side sleepers, but the pillow might be too thin for a side sleeper.

I got this pillow so I could bring it while I was traveling over the holidays. It is a great size to take along in your suitcase without taking up too much space. It's also easy to roll it up and store it when I'm not using it. I have had a few friends stay overnight and had them use that pillow and all of them loved it. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase.

Boppy Prenatal Total Body Pillow

I purchased this pillow at the end of December 2010 but did not begin using it on a nightly basis until mid-February 2011. It's now April 2011...and the pillow is already flattening and losing its shape.

That said, it is still useful, and I definitely still get some benefit from using it. The part that goes between the knees is still fluffy enough to provide support and I can wedge the middle bit beneath my belly to get some support there. Unfortunately, the portion for neck/head/shoulder support is just not holding up. The filling is becoming lumpy (no, I haven't washed the pillow yet, so it's not from washer/dryer) and it's just not quite as comfortable as it was initially.

I expect the pillow will last until the end of this pregnancy, but I won't be saving it for the next one...I doubt it will be able to hold up through another. I'll probably look for a different body pillow the next time.

My husband bought me this pillow while pregnant with my first baby to help me sleep at night. It was fantastic! You can use the pillow in so many different positions. I would use it to help support my tummy, other nights I'd wrap it around my back if my back was achy..it turned many sleepless night into heaven.

The point I'd really love to make, which I didn't see in too many reviews is this pillow is awesome AFTER the baby is born. I used this daily for breastfeeding with both of my children. It was incredibly comfortable for both mom and baby and snuggled them in just right. On top of that, both of my babies LOVED to nap on this pillow. The pillow sort of looks like two attached crescent moons (more or less)and if you place them together it makes a big circular pillow (again, more or less). Well we'd place the babies right smack in the middle and they'd fall asleep right away!

This is a MUST HAVE for soon-to-be mommas. I still have my pillow almost 4 years later! My daughter, now 3-1/2, props it up and likes to read on it.

It's simply the best. HIGHLY recommend!

I LOVE this pillow. It offers the support that I need without being overwhelming in bed. I can turn back and forth from side to side with it relatively easily. It also doesn't take up too much space so I don't kick my hunny out of bed while using it. I like the options with it as well. You can fold it in half and prop yourself up to read or watch tv, lay it on one side of me so I can lay more on my back with support or all the way on my side with it between my legs and rest my arm on it. Sagging Love Seat Support

I just stacked 2 lids from those big plastic bins I had around the house, shoved them under my couch seat and voila AWESOME support FREE. I'm also reading you can use a sheet of plywood too (make sure it fit's the whole couch bed all the way to the sides (that's where you get the support))

I was thinking of buying one of these but decided to use my above trick to "see" if I wanted to buy this. With all the bad reviews, I decided I like my trick better plus I didn't have to spend any money.

I had really high hopes for this product. Those hopes were dashed about a month later when I realized the love seat support was broken in half.

I recall thinking it seemed a little cheaply constructed when removing it from the packaging, but shrugged my shoulders thinking, "Well, for less than 20 bucks, we'll see what happens."

I took the cushions off my loveseat and placed the support in its proper place, replaced the cushions and immediately saw an improvement. The one cushion that was markedly "sagging" from extreme use (I work from home as a transcriptionist and use the loveseat as my "office chair" anywhere from 10-18 hours a day) was now on an even level with the other cushion that receives only occasional use.

"Alright," I thought, as I gazed in amazement and hopefulness at this 15-plus-year-old loveseat that had seen a lot of use, "I can get at least another five years outta this thing." I sat down on the tired cushion that's seen so much use. When sitting down for the first time with the support in place, I felt like a big girl again, sitting nice and high, just like I should be. This was great!

I noticed that I was continually having to "tuck" the cushions back in probably 300 percent more often than the pre-support days. Not a huge deal. I found that more of a concession that I was willing to accept for not feeling like I was sitting in a hole.

One day I felt a little deja vu while sitting there working. I seemed to be low riding once again. I removed the cushion, and there it was, half of my loveseat supporter sitting there all by itself, with its other half snug as a bug, but by itself, under the other cushion. Thus, my hopes for sitting up like a big girl on my loveseat were dashed.

Was this little adventure worth 20 bucks? Yeah, it was. Would I pay 20 bucks for another go-'round on the same ride? I'll pass.

Though I didn't "see" a huge improvement, this product does what was advertised. So far I haven't had any problems with it except now the velcro that kept the cushions in place aren't connected and I'm constantly putting them back into place.
