They filled pillow too much making it hard. It hurt my neck first night. I am wearing a neck brace now. It would be great if the pillow had screw in plugs to take out filling and adjust softness.I don't think you can return pillows so I am going to cut it to let filling out. It will probably be a huge mess.

This is way too small and way too soft to sleep on. However, the beads does offer great support if you are a back sleeper and seldom move. One roll and you are off the pillow.
