I needed dark brown pillowcases to match our sheets, as ours seem to have been misplaced somehow. These are actually polyester (not satin) but they feel the way you would expect satin ones to feel. For the price I'm very happy.

I had a a hot pink satin pillow case prior to this one ( I believe the brand was Evolve) and it was really good Zipped up and felt great unfortunately the brand did not make it in different colors that was the only color they offered. I moved into my dorm and I have a brown Decor so I ordered these pillow cases. The looks good in the room but in comparison to the pink one the material felt cheap and flimsy. After washing them a couple times they began to thread and even got the hard to get rid off lint balls. It comes with two so i just packed the ballzy one and used the other. I am more careful in washing them now and i only wash it with satin fabric but there is nothing i can do for the threading.
I would recommend still putting a cotton pillow case under the satin pillow case if you have alot of product in ur hair otherwise your pillow will be ruined with product stained and that is just nasty. :)
