I purchased two pillows, and have come back for four more. I had surgery on my neck (cervical c5-c6) and I can't tolerate most pillows. This provides just the right amount of support for the head and neck and keeps everything aligned with the spine. Of note is the support which I haven't found in any other pillows. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper. These pillows are perfect for both of us. I purchased more of these for each of the beds in the house. These are expensive, but worth every penny.

The pillow case is very slick thus making it hard for decorative pillowcases or sheet sets pillowcases to stay on, they slip right off.
