Advantages: I first slept on one of these while visiting family in California. Theirs was at least three years old. It is surprisingly comfortable. Guests who have slept on ours have also said that they sleep well on it. I like that it is lightweight and takes up less space than a futon. When folded it can be "dressed up" with throw pillows.

Disadvantages: It would probably not serve well as a piece of seating furniture full time but ours is in a spare room so we don't need to use it for seating.

When I first recieved the package I thought this can't be my pillow because the box was so small and felt empty. When I opened it my mouth dropped open, I couldn't believe that it was the pillow. I kid you not it is the size of a notebook pad. Immediately I thought I am sending this back and set it aside. Later that night as I was getting ready for bed I looked at the pillow and decided to give it a try and was sure I would be sending it back in the morning. So I lay on the pillow and it was suprisingly comfortable. I will say that it is very firm but that is exactly what my neck needed. Every other pillow I tried was too "plushy" and never held up which defeats the whole purpose of keeping you neck up in the position its supposed to be in. The lesson I learned is the old saying "never judge a book by its cover"!

Bought to fill the space in my car seat where the headrest goes forward. The "thick" part unfortunately is not thick enough so it doesn't fill the entire gap. Costs too much to send back.

I had to use the duvet to put underneath the fitted sheet to make it somewhat think. Otherwise they are very soft and comfortable. They are also very warm. They are not striped either. They are just plain white sheets. Very basic.

Leachco Preggle Comfort Air-Flow Body Pillow

I tried several other pregnancy pillows before I ended up with this one. This is the only one out there that I could find that wasn't made to go under your neck/head as well as between your knees. I have problems with neck pain and headaches and needed to be able to use my regular pillow. I am currently in my last month of pregnancy and having been using this pillow every night since about 4 months. I would not be able to sleep without this pillow. With any body pillow it is hard to roll over with it but at this point I am so huge that the rolling over at all is a task anyway. I have had a lot of hip and back pain throughout my pregnancy and this pillow is the only reason I am able to get any sleep at all at night because he it provides excellent support for my both my back and hips.

The air flow strap on it was more hassle than it was worth and was usually in the way more than anything so within the first few weeks of using the pillow I made my own replacement cover (without the extra strap thing) for the pillow out of an old sheet and it works much better without that thing. Although the air-flow strap was a bit of a nuisance I still give this pillow 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be able to use their own pillow under their head and still have a contoured body pillow to put your arms around and the curve to go between your knees. This pillow is also excellent for putting behind you to allow you to lie on a backwards angle without actually lying on your back. I bet this will also come in very handy once baby boy arrives to provide support during breatfeeding, either way I'll be holding on to this pillow long after pregnancy as it is the most comfortable body pillow I have ever owned and tried quite a few over the years!

This pillow works great...it's not so huge that it takes up too much room on our queen sized bed, but works perfectly to help me align my back correctly when sleeping on my side. It also flips over to support and keep me from lying on my back in the middle of the night. I also use it to prop myself up for reading and can see where it will come in handy breastfeeding.

I am a stomach sleeper, and of course, being about 6 months pregnant at the time I bought this pillow (now 8), I couldn't really sleep on my stomach anymore. And they recommend you sleep on your side when you are pregnant anyway. I had to find something to help me stay on my side. This pillow looked like exactly what I wanted.

I didn't want the kind of pillow where you have to use it under your head, too. I am picky about my pillow, and have one I love. I bought this because I could use it upside down with the curve between my knees.

This pillow is good, but there are a couple things I would change. It is kind of firm and overstuffed for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference. I also wish it was longer. I wanted full body support and to be able to hug the pillow, but this one only comes up to my chest/top of my stomach. I am 5'3" tall, so I figured it would be long enough. This is the main thing I don't like about the pillow. It is great how you can use it several different ways. I chose to keep it, but ended up buying a Snoozer pillow that is much longer and I like it better.

I will probably use this pillow later when I am not pregnant and don't need to full body support. I can also see using it to breastfeed.

I don't think this is a bad product. The quality is good. It just isn't exactly what I was looking for. That is mostly my fault. I looked at the picture and assumed it was long enough, but didn't read the actual dimensions that were listed. It think if you aren't looking for full body support, or are shorter in stature than me (although there aren't too many who are, lol), then this pillow would work fine for you. Hence, I am giving it a good review.

I am coming back here to add to this review now that my son is 9 months old. I didn't end up using this pillow much to sleep with, but it worked out great for breastfeeding! Since I am a plus sized girl, it fit me a lot better than my Boppy. So this turned out to be a great purchase even though I didn't end up using it for what I had intended.

Update Oct '10: This has been a lifesaver through two pregnancies and a c-section!! my husband hates this as much as i love it since it takes up so much room in our queen bed.. The pillow is holding up great, do wish there was a second cover option though..

Carex Knee Pillow

I had back surgery and my doctor recommended that I sleep with a pillow between my knees to keep spine in alignment. I purchased 3 different knee pillows (the Carex Knee Pillow, Contour Memory Foam Knee Pillow, Homedics Therapy Leg Spacer), and this is the best of the 3. I have washed the cover, and the pillow could be squished to get it in and out. It has a very small zipper that does not bother me at all. This product does the trick for me.

Good quality (although I guess you have to throw it away when the thin cover wears out or tears/rips. Fabric is soft and removeable but I would not want to try to get it back on... It is a bit stiff/hard and the edges are too sharp and by the morning your knees are practically touching. Should curve them a bit more. Also, it pills quite a bit (from flannel sheets). But beats a plain pillow. Next time though, I will think about getting a small memory foam pillow.

UPDATE: After 6 months I don't have to worry about it being too stiff. It now has barely any spring in the middle and squashes almost flat. For what I paid I would have expected it to last a lot longer.

Take these reviews with a grain of saltit's kind of like me telling you how great I like a particular mattresswhat I like might not be what you like. Having said that, it is good to read the reviews to gather the positives and negatives about this knee pillow...

-it's got a washable cover. Important because these things do need a good washin' once in awhile. :)

-it may or may not be thick enough for you, here's where you'll just have to try it :(

-it's made of memory foam, so this pillow is going to give a bit. It will be too little, too much, or just the right amount depending on who you are and what feels comfortable :) :(

-the memory foam is a big plus if you're worried about your knee pillow getting beat down into a pulp over time. I suspect this pillow will keep its shape for years.

The Carex knee pillow is wonderful. I'd been using the original Contour Leg Pillows for years. Every time I bought a new one, however, I found that they were getting softer or less dense. I really like the pattern and colors. As with many comforters, it would be nicer if it was about 8-10" wider to allow for a fuller coverage on the sides (our mattress is fairly thick). The batting in the larger sections also matted up over time. I ended up only using this set for about a year before repurposing it to my little used guest room.

I purchased this pillowcase because I wanted something softer, with a higher thread count than the body pillowcases offered in local stores. When it came, it did have a soft satiny finish. However, once washed, it became significantly rougher. I'd have cared less about that change if the pillowcase has been about half the price. I would say that the colors depicted are fairly accurate (monitors vary, of course). It's less golden than the first picture and a little lighter than the second and third.

I actually bought this body pillow case to cover the top half of my snoogle. I didn't feel like washing the snoogle cover. I just wanted to wash the pillow case. The pillow case seems to be made of a good quality fabric. I have washed it a few times and it still feels soft and smooth.

I did my research, knew I wanted high thread count and single ply. I thought that these sounded like a great bargain for what they supposedly were. Granted, they are soft and silky feeling initially, after one month and two washes, they are pilly. Very disappointed. This should not happen with better quality sheets.

My biggest problem finding sheets for my California King size bed is I can't find sheets to fit. Sure, there are sheets labeled for deep mattresses, but they are still not deep enough. My brother gave me these Andiamo sheets for Christmas, and for the first time since we've owned this bed (more than ten years), the sheets fit! They are also soft and smooth and comfortable. I will be buying more of these sheets in the future.

With proper care, these sheets are very comfortable. You won't get anything comparable to the much more expensive options, but these are very soft and smooth. I've had them for a few months now; they are a huge improvement over the ones I had before. I can't speak for how well they breathe in warmer seasons yet, but so far I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I first purchased one of these pillows for my partner, who suffers from moderate back pain. The way it works in our house is, if she doesn't like something, I eventually inherit it. However, she loved this pillow from the start, and she's not one to chance new things. A month later, she's still love the pillow and in fact bought me one as well.

I've had this pillow for about a year, and LOVE THIS PILLOW! My chiropractor charged a lot more for this same pillow, so I got mine through Amazon. It has relieved a lot of my morning neck pain and stiffness, and I highly recommend it. First let me say, this was not for me. It is a Christmas gift for a 7 yr. old, who will be ecstatic to receive a pink pillow. She would probably give it 5 stars. I can't give 5 stars to a gooey, pink pillow. It looks like pink marshmallow, or cotton candy. It is nice and squishy though. In fact, it is just like the blue one that I own, and the identical blue one I bought my daughter. They would only get 4 stars also. After all, how can you give 5 stars to something that isn't purple? It does look just like the picture, but remember, it is quite a small pillow. They all are. And they get fairly firm when folded up. I did not find mine to be effective as a pillow, when on a plane, but it was awesome to keep my beverage from sliding on the pull down tray. Also awesome to hold my tablet/book on the pull down tray. I also fold mine, and fit it over the arm of my home office chair, to prop my arm up. Lots of neat uses that have nothing to do with putting it under your head...like they say, you are only limited by your imagination. By the way, DO NOT buy this unless you either really love pink, or are giving it to someone who does, in which case, you will really love it!!

Always thought this was a great idea, but when I received the package in the mail I was very disappointed. The description says 'Sateen' so you expect it to feel nice, but the cheap Polyester that I pulled from the package felt awful! Who wants to cuddle up next to that? It's not breathable and it snags on your skin and clothes! Plus they failed to mention that it's line dry only...I don't have room or time to line dry a huge sheet like that! It should have been cotton, machine-wash AND dry. I sent mine back for a refund...

The satin dreamie slides off sheets and blankets. If they would make one out of cotton egyptian sheets, it would do better.

So basically, I am creeped out by hotels. Sleeping in hotel sheets is simply not an option. I have always taken my own sheet so I can put them in the bed. Despite that, I always wake up constantly, wondering if the sheet is touching me or if it is coming up by my feet. I bought this and have used it two times and slept like a teenager (babies don't sleep) both times. Its like a sleeping bag so no chance of your feet slipping out or the top sheet rolling off., but doesn't make you feel trapped either. It is wide and very long so will go right up to the top of the bed and hold the pillow without your feet being crammed (I'm 6 feet). It's also very silky smooth so comfy to sleep in. The extra benefit is that you get all this in a very small package. Its smaller than a twin size flat sheet and the bag keeps it from unfolding. The only drawback is that its a one person set up, so not for the honeymoon. But I love this. So nice to actually be able to sleep at the hotel!
