I like the pillow and shipping was fast. It is a bit firmer than I expected. Memory foam is usually squishier, but it works great for my neck.

Put this under my booty on my work chair at my desk and it immediately took all my tailbone and hip pain away that I was having daily!First let me say, this was not for me. It is a Christmas gift for a 7 yr. old, who will be ecstatic to receive a pink pillow. She would probably give it 5 stars. I can't give 5 stars to a gooey, pink pillow. It looks like pink marshmallow, or cotton candy. It is nice and squishy though. In fact, it is just like the blue one that I own, and the identical blue one I bought my daughter. They would only get 4 stars also. After all, how can you give 5 stars to something that isn't purple? It does look just like the picture, but remember, it is quite a small pillow. They all are. And they get fairly firm when folded up. I did not find mine to be effective as a pillow, when on a plane, but it was awesome to keep my beverage from sliding on the pull down tray. Also awesome to hold my tablet/book on the pull down tray. I also fold mine, and fit it over the arm of my home office chair, to prop my arm up. Lots of neat uses that have nothing to do with putting it under your head...like they say, you are only limited by your imagination. By the way, DO NOT buy this unless you either really love pink, or are giving it to someone who does, in which case, you will really love it!!
