I have been suffering with neck pain for several years now. I was skeptical if a product like this would help, I bought it however on the advise of a friend. It is really a godsend. I have a terrible time with upper shoulder and neck pain and thought that this would help alleviate some of the stress from my muscles. Unfortunately for me it did not work. It did not offer any type of stretch like I thought it would and when I would lay with my head in it it felt so unstable that I could not fully relax my muscles.
