We've had pillows for a couple weeks. We've been sleeping on memory foam pillows prevously but thought ours were a litte lacking in bulk around the neck.

We've found these to have plenty of bulk around the neck ... but most of it NOT from memory foam by the more rigid bottom material. As a designer, I would have added a more generous band of memory foam around the front edge ... oh, but that would have added cost to mfc ... probably why they didn't.

Probably not exactly what you're expecting. If they put $5 more into product and charged $10 more, they might be getting a 5 star review.

I'm a side sleeper with arthritis in my neck, so I need good support for my neck. This pillow is heavy enough to give good support but conforms well to my neck. One of the very best things about this pillow is that it smells so good. Some foam pillows do not smell very good when they are new this one smelled slightly minty from the moment I opened it. I love this pillow.

When I chose this pillow I had looked at a lot of gel-foam pillows, and thought I was getting 2 for that price. While the pillow is nice, I truly feel it is only worth half what I paid for it. There are other pillows that are basically the same but cost much less. I actually gave this one to my husband because I could not find a comfortable way to sleep on it. I have neck problems and had quite a bit of pain when I tried to sleep with the Sleep Studio Sleep Joy® Blueflex Gel Memory Foam Contour Pillow. My husband isn't thrilled with it, but says it's okay.

Perfect foam pillow. I have gone through many over the last few years. If you sweat in the night the pillow does not hold odor or moisture. The cotton cover washes well stays soft with no pilling or shrinking. Price is best wherever you shop. I also had cervical fusion and I sleep well c3-c7 are all one, so this pillow allows me to shift and roll with no pain.

This would be a nice contour pillow for a small child or petite person, however for me personally it is not firm enough. I am 6'2" about 190 and my head and neck just sink all the way down with virtually no neck support what so ever.
