Comfortable, definitely a good pillow for side sleepers. I wish it came with an extra pillow case, however, for the price and the materials this pillow was worth it. It's washable, still firm after several months of use, arrived in the packaging described, and is comfortable enough to use every night. I am happy with my purchase. However, if you are a taller person, buy the longer version. I am 5'2 and this pillow barely reaches my waist. It is travel friendly if you put it in a vacuum bag.
