The pillow looks exactly like the picture and is sewn well. The fill is nice and not lumpy whether it will stay that way I don't know. I'd say it's a soft pillow on the soft, medium, firm spectrum. The material is 100% polyester and feels very plastic like, which is not terrible to me as this pillow will be used for strictly decorative purposes. If you're looking to cuddle up with a pillow, this is not for you. Also, the print is on both sides of the pillow.
I do really like this pillow, it's just not as soft as I had hoped. I guess I should have known with how well it's priced but you live and you learn and it's still pretty nice.
