The Human Touch Power Electric Perfect Chair Recliner - PC95 / PC-095 Walnut Recline Wood Base Black

The Human Touch Power Electric Perfect Chair Recliner - PC95 / PC-095 Walnut Recline Wood Base Black Leather Pads - Interactive Health Zero Anti Gravity ChairI've had one of these chairs for a few years... It's very comfortable, HOWEVER, I have had multiple problems with the electric switch not working... have had to replace it a few times (3) but now the company is no longer selling replacement parts.

Would be a great chair if I could fix it ... but as it is now... It's completely unusable once the switch dies (as it has done many times), you can't move the chair position at all... i actually have to throw this chair in the trash (literally).

My husband was going to try to get some parts aftermarket (basically find some other replacement electronic parts) but the Human Touch companies customer service is HORRIBLE and wouldn't let him know voltage the motor runs at... When you ask about replacement parts, they just say "Sorry ... We don't sell those replacement parts any more".

nice.

My back is swiss cheese. I've had 2 discectomies and scheduled for my third. I can't sit for more than several minutes in most chairs. In my Lazy Boy I could last an hour, but chair allows me to "sit" through television shows or movies, although you're almost in a laying position.

Also, I'm 6'3 250 lbs and this chair accommodates my height and my weight with little problem. Another review complained that the stuffing wore out. I've not experienced that and I've used for a couple years. Even if it does, it is easy to replace.

If your looking for relief of back pain, there is no better. I've literally tried between 50 and 100 chairs.

Update A bracket broke on the chair and the company refuses to sell parts. I will get creative and try to fashion one myself, but I'm highly disappointed. This is an expensive chair and you can't replace a whole chair when a 10 dollar part fails.

I purchased the manual version of this 4 years ago. At first it was very comfortable but after about 6 months the foam padding became hard, indented and a lot less comfortable. A few weeks ago the legs started to pull apart, Human Touch are terrible, they have no fix and will not sell a new base, and once your warrant has expired you are out of luck. So we are clear I am the only person that sits in this chair and I weight 175Ibs

I never write reviews I just felt very strongly about this inferior product and company.

My wife and I have back problems. This is a great chair. Very comfortable, great on the back. The seller was very helpful in keeping us informed. My son and I put it together quickly. We have had no problems with the switch, as others mentioned. My wife loves the electric recliner. (I have a manual, and without the extension, i found it hard to get up). She did not opt for the pressure sensitve foam, it is very comfortable without this option. The height of the back is higher, more than the usual recliner, needing a little more wall space. It is beautiful piece of furniture. Would I buy another? yes. We now have 2.

WOW Im sooo suprised that my poor red human touch chair has now become a pretty piece of sleek design junk.It began breaking down 2 years ago and a new cable fixed that but now the frame has broken at a weld point and yet the company located in Long beach offers no support of plan Bs except a 10 percent coupon to buy another chair. My chair was purchased in 11/2006 and I paid good money for this. The salespeople said it would last a long long time.I figured I would get t least 10 years.I caution you to look elsewhere.Nothing worse than a company who makes things that are not designed well then turns its back on you when the flaws emerge.
