I just want to say...if you are on the fence about purchasing this memory foam mattress cover and the free pillows that come with it.....BUY IT!! Both of us are having the best sleep of our lives now. He has sleep apnea and I am a major insomniac that wakes up every 20 minutes. We bought this...and now (NO KIDDING) I don't wake up at all and he is waking up feeling VERY well rested. Heck....we are so comfortable that he has been late for work a lot lately. So, if you do get this...invest in a LOUD alarm clock!

As for back pain...I was in a severe car accident and have constant back pain. He had suddenly started getting back pain for no apparent reason. Once we got the mattress pad (memory foam), his back pain completely went away and mine is about 60% better.

Let me just say something quick about the pillows too....they are FABULOUS. We stored our old pillows away after one night on these memory foam pillows. We were quite pleasantly surprised with them. We THOUGHT they would just be crappy little free pillows that came with the expensive mattress cover....but NO.....they are quite thick and VERY comfortable. They do lose their shape every night...so we have to spend about 5 seconds per day putting them back into proper shape. Quite frankly, I don't mind that at all. THey are THE best pillows I ever laid my head on!

WHAT A GREAT DEAL! I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW!!! (And we figure...even if these only last a year before needing replaced, we don't care! We will just buy a new one every year if that is what it takes to stay sleeping this well.)

The piece was well packaged and arrived ahead of time, but my interpretation of "mattress pad", "bed topper" is something with material that fits around the sides and under the mattress to stabilize it. What I received was nothing more than a piece of foam that I'll have to figure out a way to keep in place and not move around the mattress. What kept me from returning it is the quality of the foam which is superior. As for the pillows included; they look and feel cheap without enough filling to make them plump. I feel this item is overpriced for what you receive.

It arrived a couple of days ago, and we took it out to air it out and let it expand. Reading the reviews, I had expected it to smell bad at first but it really didn't at all, and believe me, I am sensitive to chemical odors. We were able to bring it in much sooner than we expected, in fact, because it also expanded quickly. Last night was our first night on this item and it really is a huge improvement over our rather expensive mattress. I didn't wake up in pain as I usually do, because of back injuries. So I am happy and I think I'll take a nap today.

My wife and I purchased the topper to extend the life of our current mattress. My wife is pregnant and was having trouble getting into a comfortable position while in bed. Once the topper arrived and was aired out (you'll need to allow it at least 24 hours), I can happily report that she is able to get comfortable and sleep better then prior to the topper. I myself do not feel her getting out of bed for the frequent trips to the bathroom.

Delivery of the pad and pillows was prompt, arrived sooner then the seller indicated. The pad/topper fits our queen sized mattress exactly. The 4" thickness has been a challenge in finding fitted sheets that stay on (clips are helping). We found that the two pillows that came with the pad are too firm for our liking. In all, we are pleased with the topper, and a bit disappointed with the pillows.

I read a lot of reviews of this product (different versions) before buying the one that comes with 2 pillows. Wow, what a difference! My wife say her back does not hurt in the morning anymore and that is what really matters. The previous reviews that warn of a smell that must be aired out must have been a different formula than what they are making now. There was absolutely no smell and we used it the night we got it.

I definitely notice a huge difference in my comfort level at bedtime and when I wake up, I see I have not been changing positions all night like before. I priced these things out and comparable products were hundreds more and I am sure not any different. As to the density well, all I can say is this is a high quality product and you should not believe or even pay attention to the previous review by someone who DID NOT EVEN BUY THE THING!
