The vibrant colors brighten and enliven my living space. The shiny gold embroidery makes the design pop. I love it so much that I ordered a different Laurel Burch cat pillow for my cherry Amish rocker, and hope it is a nice as this one.Later note: On the first pillow I received, there was a faded/bleached whitish looking irregular area of approx. 4" X 2.5" on the blue cat, appearing as though someone had spille soething on it and cleaned it; that area was stiffer than the rest of the fabric.
I requested a replacement, and received the 2nd pillow with rapid and courteous service from Amazon before returning the 1st pillow. This 2nd pillow has the same type and size of faded area on the blue cat! On closer inspection, the blue fabric has several small faded areas in addition to this large faded area, but only the large area stands out. It does not look like a deliberate fabric design or shading. It looks like defective fabric. If it weren't for this, I'd give the pillow 5 stars because I love the colors and design. I'm very disappointed in it now, but will keep it because I love th design but that faded whitish area will be a perpetual sore spot...
