Very difficult to communicate with this company. After several emails, I finally called them They were most uncooperative. They were not listening to my concerns. After several calls, they agreed to let me return the item and told me I would only have to pay the shipping costs. I returned the throws per their instructions and never heard back from them. I kept all records and, once again, called the seller. They were still putting me off they also changed their story and offered me to return the items at a cost to me of $10% plus shipping. After all the hassles, I fianlly gave up. I told them to credit me all but the 10%. Once again, after checking my credit card transactions, they never processed the credit. I called them AGAIN and they finally credited my account. I waited till it was on my credit card record to even COMMENT about this shady company. Do yourself a favor, buy your sofa throws locally and omit this crazy hassle!
I was disappointed with this throw. It was very thin and shorter than I anticipated. I am more disappointed with this company. They make you call them for a return number, charge a restocking fee, make you pay to return the product, and take 6 weeks to refund your money. I will not buy from them again.
