Meridian Point Neck Massaging Pillow

The description said it is for the neck and shoulders but I found it to be more for the neck. I found something a little different but very similar at Walmart for half the price.

It only worked for a couple of days, then smelled like burning and quit working! Maybe that was a fluke, but the 2 days it worked it was nice.

This item arrived today. The box it came it looked like it was opened before, there were instructions in the box which shows that this was most likely returned and passed on to me. The massage does not work. I would like to return this item.
