These are beautiful but when I originally ordered I thought there was 2 in the package and in reality there is only one. Expensive but worth it!
These shams (and the matching comforter and bed skirt that I got elsewhere) are very nice. Things you should know: the design is a bit darker/muted than shown here, and the fabric is slightly shiny so your lighting will factor into how this looks in your home. The black band around the perimeter provides a subtle Asian motif. I wish the fabric had more weight to it; it's not exactly delicate, but an enthusiastic dog or cat would probably be able to put a tear in it will little effort. The shams have a full zipper, which is nicer than the fold-over flaps you find in most shams. For display bedding (the "nice" stuff you put out occasionally when you have company or an open house), this set is beautiful. However, I don't think this would hold up all that well for everyday use.
