Natural Comfort Soft and Luxurious 300TC Sateen White Down Alternative Duvet Insert

I wanted a nice down comforter for a while and decided to scoop one up before this years winter, where my loft gets cold when the temp drops to negative 40(interior Alaska). After reading some of the reviews about a wide variety of real down comforters, I noticed that all seemed to complain about leaking feathers and whatnot so i decided maybe an alternative might be the ticket.

when i saw the symphony of good reviews on this product and its great price + super saver shipping i ordered it. Shopping around town for a duvet cover I came across a down alternative blanket which felt nothing like the real down blanket next to it. I was bummed and wondered why i had order a down alternative so halfheartedly and questioned what i would do with it when i came; if I'd even open the box. When i did come i checked it out and was stoked at how DOWN-LIKE THIS DUVET INSERT REALLY FEELS. I'm not a connoisseur or anything, but I could barley tell the difference. Unlike the other down alternatives i had come across.

It's warm, not ridiculously thick but thick, and comes out of the spaciously packed box already fluffy.

I just got this in the mail. Not only did it come earlier than the estimate ship date, it came not compacted into a brick but in a nice large box so I didn't have to puff it up with a few beatings. I nearly squealed when I finally put it into my new cute duvet cover... it's perfect. Soft and fluffy, doesn't smell weird like down does, and it doesn't have feathers to fluff around my (small) dorm room. I can't wait for it to get cold outside, this is going to be my haven after studying on those ridiculously chilly nights. I've had a feather duvet insert from Calvin Klein, and they're nearly identical in comfort, minus the crazy feathers. So excited!

You can't beat the value on this comforter. Unlike some of the other reviewers I did not find this comforter to be overly warm and I tend to prefer it a little cooler at night than most. It is comparable to other all-season comforters I've tried in the past.

Well, I'm so grateful for all the detailed reviewers out there as they really help one make a decision. So I'll join the voices about how really wonderful this comforter/duvet insert is. All the raves are spot on: soft and fluffy, quality stitching and craftsmanship, great loft and warmth (nearly too much for CA, but great on our recently chilly nites) I've looked at them all, bought and returned several and am so happy w/ this one. Can't say enough about the value at the $75 price, it's just unbelievable. But you'll believe it when you open the package and pull out this excellent comforter. Of course, the condition post-washing remains to be seen, and if there's more tell, I'll do so. You won't be disappointed.

First review I think I've ever written but just can't skip this one it's totally amazing the best $75 bucks I've EVER spent. Hugely puffy and so soft.
