I bought this along with the matching chair for my teenage daughter and she loves it. Although, I must admit her cats love it more than she does! :)

The reason for 4-star is the price which is a little high.

Exactly as described. It arrived quickly. What more do you want from me? Why am I required to write a long review? It's a damn footstool.

Unfortunately, the actual wood tone of this product is much darker (on the order of taupe) than displayed in the product image. My need for a lighter tone was the sole reason I ordered this product via Amazon rather than from Brookstone directly. The actual wood tone is glaringly different from the wood tones of the other furniture pieces in my living room, which makes me super unhappy with this purchase. I will never order a Brookstone product again, given their inability to create a display image that accurately represents the product.

I ordered the Papasan chair, footstool and double papasan. I am so pleased with this furniture. The cushions are a really nice color and so comfortable. I have fallen asleep at night in both of these chairs and slept like a baby. I am a very satisfied customer. Now I will be looking for the side table to complete the room.
