After several back-and-forth conversations about the product, its packaging, its size, etc. and not having my questions answered to my satisfaction I wrote a somewhat unfavorable opinion of the firm.

I am now being being besieged by requests to withdraw my previous comments. This I will not do and has caused me to write this second condemnation of the "Seller". May they never darken my doorstep (or in-box) again.

Chezmoi Collection 7-Piece White, Grey and Black Lily with Leaf Applique Duvet Cover Set, King Size

I bought this set on a complete whim. I had been looking around for months for just the right duvet cover for my fancy new comforter, got frustrated, and decided to just get something cheap. I picked this one because I liked the pattern and the extra throw pillows. When the box arrived, I opened the package, felt how *soft* the fabric is, noticed the pattern was embroidered (not printed), and immediately emptied everything out onto the living room floor and spread out on it. I don't remember when I bought this (March, maybe?) but it's been washed three times since, and the only damage I've noticed is a few loose threads in the embroidery.

The negatives:

-The fabric doesn't breathe, so it gets hot pretty quickly.

-It's soft enough that the whole thing wants to slide off the foot of my bed every night.

-The set is 7 pieces, and everything was squished into a bag suitable for the average comforter. The stuffing in each pillow was packed tightly, and even after Extreme Fluffing they're still pretty lumpy.

-Because it is embroidered, extra care needs to be taking when washing. Oddly, it likes to turn itself into a knotted ball during the dryer cycle, and I have to stop it every 10 minutes or so to pull it loose.

The positives:

-The price! 7 pieces and it's on sale for $60. Seriously? Even with the negatives (which are all minor, and amuse me more than anything), there is no reason not to get this set.

-The white is VERY white (so clean!), and the black (embroidered!) pattern grabs your attention instantly. I've gotten nothing but compliments on it.

-The closure is very simple, and I had no trouble getting my comforter situated.

-Soooo sooooft. 100% polyester is insanely smooth. Love it.

-Delivery was fast. Very fast. It was at the door a full week before I was expecting it. The package was a little damaged, but I'm going to blame that on the cranky package handlers in my area.

I'm going to get another duvet set (because I'm fickle that way), but I'm going to be keeping this for as long as the fabric will hold out. And if the experience so far is any indication, that'll be a while. :D

This is a very pretty set light and summery. The pillows that came with it are appealing, and the duvet cover worked well on my queen size comforter. It looks so nice on my bed, and it's very soft and most importantly (I have a kitty!), it's washable!!!! A great product for the price!

When I bought this bedding about a year ago, I was looking for something to go with my black and white themed room. I loved it online and couldn't wait for it to come in the mail. When it did, I was kind of disappointed. Instead of being white like it is in the picture, it's more of a cream color. Wasn't a big deal, but the comforter also stains really, really easily. The material of the top part is just not great for cleaning. It's very hard to wash because it's very thick, although that's a plus because it's super warm. All in all, it's probably better to go to another choice.

I just got this on the weekend and I am very happy with my decision, the cover is a bit big like someone else already mentioned, but It's not that big a problem for me, I did have a bit of trouble locating the opening (this is my first time buying a duvet cover, I always buy the complete comforter) but when I got the comforter in I loved the result. I'd definitely recommend this, it's not expensive and it's very pretty, I have a red and beige room and it definitely matches.

I haven't washed it yet, but so far I'm glad I made the purchase.

I don't like the pillow too much. I wanted firm pillow and this pillow really isn't for me. It is too soft. I sink into it and the sides covers my face. I am a stomach sleeper and this pillow suffocates me. I will use my pillow I bought for guest. I am happy it is 100% cotton as I am allergic to polyester.

These are very nice pillows, well worth the price I paid, especially given that they are "Aller Ease." I would expect to pay much more. Quality is very good and they are comfortable.

Bought two of these. We've had them about two months, and so far the one I use has stayed soft and comfortable. It doesn't go flat during the night. I'm a light sleeper, and a quality pillow helps me to sleep better. I've tried lots of pillows and this one is the best I've found so far.

Lush Decor Prima Shower Curtain

I ordered this curtain took it out of the package and put it up immediately. There were some definite wrinkles, most of which have come out with a bit of time, but you might want to explore using a cool iron.

The colors in the photo run very true. This is a very attractive looking curtain. However, I found it to be more shear than expected. This is not a big deal for me, personally, but some people might find that info useful.

I like this curtain very much and feel that it looks very nice in the bathroom.

What can I say? It's a shower curtain. The colors are exactly what you see in the description. It's well made, looks great and was easy to hang.

I used the Origional Tempur-Pedic at the store where I purchased my bed and it was much softer and form fitting. This pillow has a bit of a chunky feel. The Refund Policy is for 80% refund so be sure this is what you want before you purchase. I was burt with a restock fee not shown in items discription.

I bought this pillow because I had experienced difficulty getting a good night's sleep and because I had neck pain. Normally, I sleep with 2 pillows one under my head and one on top, and it's tough getting comfortable.

Suffice it to say, the Novaform pillow solved my problems, and I have not slept so well in years. The pillow itself is easily "plumped" to support the head at a good angle, and it is extremely comfortable. My neck pain has entirely disappeared, as has some related pain in my shoulders. I'm not a chiropractor or physician, but I suspect that the pillow was the solution.

My wife also got a Novaform pillow. She was experiencing a lot of neck tension. Results for her were the same. We love the Novaform pillow, and hope to eventually buy the Novaform mattress pad as well.

Only drawback to this pillow is price but it's well worth it if you are having trouble sleeping or experiencing neck pain.

it's a little too hard, so I put it in between my legs which works perfectly fine so at the end it's okay but I wouldn't use it to sleep on because if you do when you wake up in the morning your neck will be cramping.

We really like this set, but, it is too short! This is a queen size piece, but it never covers the entire bed! This is not the first set that we have purchased with the same results. I guess that maybe the bedding industry needs to readjust to fit the newer styles of beds, seem to be getting larger. Overall we are pleased with the appearance and the timely delivery.

These pillows were a lot brighter in person. Super bright almost neon in color. The fabric is like a really tightly woven nylon sort of like a nylon/polyester shower curtain type material with the design printed on it. There are no zippers so if it gets dirty I suppose you have to take your chances on putting the whole pillow in the laundry -unless you are inclined to add your own zipper. But I guess the fabric isn't sturdy enough for that otherwise the people at DENY would have done it for you. Stuffing is soft and not very dense. Not sure how long these would hold up so I returned them.

We shopped for a bed for two years. We had almost decided on a sleep number, but decided against it due to mechanics involved. The coil/spring system in Simmons seemed like the most high tech/low risk combo--and a firm mattress+pillow top seemed like a good mix of support/comfort. I went to Sears and laid on all the Simmons beds. The black line was by far the most strong and luxurious. I hadn't tried this specific model but it was on sale online-so we bought it.

The quality of this bed was immediately evident. The delivery men were in awe of the softness-and were literally petting the pillow top. We got the low profile box springs. The mattress sets high (even with the low-profile box-springs) at around 15" tall. The box springs are very classy looking in black (we have a king size so two box springs).

Unfortunately the first night, I did not like it. It felt too firm (Thank God we didn't get the ultra firm!). The saving grace was the pillow top that made it a little cushy. Waking up sore the first morning, I was praying that I'd adjust.

It's only been about a month now, but we think this is an awesome bed. I go to sleep and literally sleep like the dead. I don't hear my husband's alarm, or the dog or cats walking/jumping on the bed. I shut my eyes and when I reopen them it's morning. I think it's because there is no motion transfer, and also because I'm not shifting around to get comfortable. I'm "out cold" for 8 hours and wake up rested and pain free (our old bed had us both hobbling around stiff like we were decades older).

I have adjusted to the firmness and think it's quite comfortable now. Because of the individual springs the bed supports the back and neck in virtually any position, even propped up to read. The foams are "pre-broken-in" so (hopefully) there's less risk it will "sink in". The cooling gel keeps it from being hot. This bed really seems to have the best of everything.

This is a great duvet cover for the money. It has a slight sheen to it that makes it look very expensive. The design and colors are very neutral yet chic... would look great in any bedroom. I have used these types of sheets for many years and find that the quality of these is less than acceptable. patients heels easily both the paper and plastic, thus nearly worthless. This size is a bit too narrow as well.

The sheets are very large and easy to tuck under on a double bed. My Mother is using them to help her with my Dad's accidents. The only problem is, my Mom is using them on top of the linen bed sheet, NOT under it, so, if you have a very active person in bed, the white side of the sheet tends to tear. All in all, the product is working OK. Thank you.

This is one of the few that includes the pillow cover instead of a separate cost. A great savings compared to retail medical supply stores. She is in hospice and now they say they will get one for elevation of her head at night to assist with breathing otherwise I would order another one. We purchased these pillows to replace ones we had to leave behind when we moved across the country and we were so disappointed with both the pillows and AmericaRx. The pillows themselves are kind of small and flimsy but since they are almost half the (listed) price of our old ones that wasn't totally unexpected, I guess. What made everything so bad for us though was AmericaRx.

We got charged twice for shipping, once when they processed our order (including the shipping charge) and again when we received the pillows with postage due on them! Because of my GERD, I really needed some relief right away (and are kind of isolated where we live so no stores sell them near us) so we paid for them. If I'd known how cheap they were in quality though, I would have just kept suffering!

We got no response at all from AmericaRx, neither from emails nor from trying to call their phone number. Very frustrating! Unfortunately, we did not check their rating with the BBB before we purchased these pillows... if we had, we would not have bought from them! An expensive lesson learned for us!

Don't waste your money. Spend a little more and get wedge pillows that will last and work well. After a few months of use, these pillows are not wearing well at all. I'll probably have to replace them before too long too. Honestly, I will never purchase anything from AmericaRx again. I really feel like they cheated us and took advantage of us since the people who buy these pillows usually have some medical need for them (so we'll pay twice for shipping!).

Product is as described. Works well for me. With the elevation provided it has helped me to breathe better while sleeping and has helped quiet my snoring. My wife says that she hasn't noticed my snoring since I started using it. It does take getting used to turning on your side when sleeping on a wedge. Overall I'm happy with the wedge.

I ordered the wedge to replace one that I have used for a number of years. It was sent in a timely manner, and was in good condition. The height of the incline is a little lower than my previous one that I used. Other than that it works great for my hiatal hernia.

My pillow came very quick, ridiculously over packed in a large protective box as if it were breakable. I tend to be a bit squicky about things not being clean enough or needlessly exposed and it came in a high quality, zippered, clear plastic covering. The pillow is professionally covered in a zippered white case and the foam is firm. I would definitely purchase another if I had a need for two.

Just received this set in the mail and put it on our guest bed. It's gorgeous! In fact, the textures on the fabric are not done justice by the picture. Plus, the set has these little brown satin ties that are hard to see in the picture, but really give more character to the set. The only thing that I would caution others about is the color The "blue" color is much more blue than the picture looks as is more like a bluish-pewter color. For a better idea, look up this set on kohls.com. The actual color is something between the Amazon and Kohls pictures.

If you are looking for beauty and quality in a comforter set this is the one to get. I've never seen a comforter set of such quality with so many matching pieces. Each piece was carefully arranged in a "user friendly" package with each piece separated and labelled. Someone is very conscious of customer satisfaction and quality control. I would bet a very experienced industrial engineer designed the packaging. However, the most impressive aspect is the beauty of the comforter and it's matching pieces. Everything was exceptional in it's design and fit true to it's advertised dimensions.
