The claim "Don't be fooled into buying an "original" Tempur-Pedic for no reason. Our pillow is guaranteed to feel and perform the same or your money back!!!" is not true in my opinion. I used the Origional Tempur-Pedic at the store where I purchased my bed and it was much softer and form fitting. This pillow has a bit of a chunky feel. The Refund Policy is for 80% refund so be sure this is what you want before you purchase. I was burt with a restock fee not shown in items discription.

I bought this pillow because I had experienced difficulty getting a good night's sleep and because I had neck pain. Normally, I sleep with 2 pillows one under my head and one on top, and it's tough getting comfortable.

Suffice it to say, the Novaform pillow solved my problems, and I have not slept so well in years. The pillow itself is easily "plumped" to support the head at a good angle, and it is extremely comfortable. My neck pain has entirely disappeared, as has some related pain in my shoulders. I'm not a chiropractor or physician, but I suspect that the pillow was the solution.

My wife also got a Novaform pillow. She was experiencing a lot of neck tension. Results for her were the same. We love the Novaform pillow, and hope to eventually buy the Novaform mattress pad as well.

Only drawback to this pillow is price but it's well worth it if you are having trouble sleeping or experiencing neck pain.

this pillow is just above a standard pillow. it's well crafted, looks nice and feels comfortable, everything you expect from a pillow. Something to notice is that it is heavier than you would expect.

The pillow was an excellent gift for my boyfriend. He sleeps much better and has a full nights rest without waking up with a sore neck or spine. The product really does make a difference and it was shipped Soooo FAST!

it's a little too hard, so I put it in between my legs which works perfectly fine so at the end it's okay but I wouldn't use it to sleep on because if you do when you wake up in the morning your neck will be cramping.
