I have a cervical spine injury from a car accident. This pillow has made a huge difference for me and I highly recommend it. It is very easy to blow up the pillow with the pump that is provided and then let the air out of the valves as needed for the appropriate height. The queen size pillow is approximately the same size as a regular pillow. I searched for a very long time for the appropriate pillow to support my head/neck without causing pain/dizziness.
