Round Topsy Turvy Cake Pans Set

I purchased these pans to make a birthday cake for my kids birthday party. I have not used them yet, I will update this when I do. They did not come with any instructions which another reviewer also stated so I did some searching and this is what I found.

6" pan 4 cups batter

8" pan 7 cups batter

10" pan 11 cups batter

12" pan 15 3/4 cups batter

These pans are a good time savor for creating topsy turvy cakes. With these pans I only need to bake once instead of baking multiple times due to the lack of multiple pans of the same size and limited space in my oven and there is less time spent cutting as well. After these cool all I have to do is level the bottom, tort, and cut the level base for the lower layers. (instead of having to make additional cake layers to also cut in order to make the dramatic shape) I also like to use these because it gives me the perfect same angle slant across all of the cakes. All in all, I am very happy with my cake pans... I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I like it. It took some practice. At least two layers are needed in each tear and you need support too. Make sure you cut into the lower layers to make the cake look right. You can find help with this online by searching for topsy turvy cakes. The structure is hard and very important. Overall, I like it. But is for someone advanced.
