Barclay King Quilt with 2 Shams Chocolate / Red

The quilt has beautiful colors just like in the picture. Dark chocolate and burgandy. It is a little on the thin side but good material. You can see some of the white thread used to sew the quilt together on one side but all in all it's a great buy for the money.

Love the design and weight, but this is not built to last. The rich red color fades quickly to a dark reddish mauve. At the stitching, the inner quilting begins to work through mostly on one side, (showing up very white against the brown) and some pilling is happening, which should not happen with what the fabric was listed as...so I am doubting the fabric content. I am still giving it 3 stars, as it was not expensive. I am still using it over a year later, as I haven't found a strong red, deep chocolate color combo for our room that I like out there yet, but as soon as I do, this will become a throw blanket for the kids and dog on the floor, during movie time, in our family room.

As pictures, colors are great. Fits a little long on the corners but for the money and quality you cannot beat Barclay.

This looks exactly as pictured. The craftsmanship looks good at first but the threads seems to come off even before wash and more so after a wash it is not falling apart yet though. There is also a small hole in the fabric which developed after a couple of month's of use.

Had the craftsmanship been good I would have rated it with 5 stars.
