Carex Semi Roll Pillow

Like I said, the shape of it is perfect for us who have lower back pain. However, although I weigh only 110lbs, whenever I lean against it, while sitting, it doesn't keep its shape. I needed the same shape, but a harder one for that part of my back not to hurt. If it looses its shape, what's the point on having it? But, anyway, it's still better than nothing.

I was in a car accident a year ago and have had bad neck pain ever since. Many times I wake up stiff and achy. I was really hoping this semi-roll pillow would help but after 5 nights of use it actually seemed to make my neck feel worse. Everyone's different and this pillow is too high for my neck (3 1/2" high). The only thing it seems to help at all with is occasionally I'll ice my neck over it for 10-15 minutes which will help alleviate the pain and give my neck a nice, easy stretch. But, sleeping no dice. Not helpful at all. Just a waste of my hard-earned dough.

I sleep on my side so my knees knock. You can put a pillow between your knees but then your lower leg drops where the support from the pillow ends. This caused me knee pain in the morning.

I needed a leg pillow long enough to cushion my knees and also that extended down my leg enough to keep my lower leg even with my knee. I had tried the HoMedics Ortho Therapy Four Position Support Pillow and while it was long enough, the memory foam was too soft and the pillow basically collapses

I am very pleased to now have the Carex semi roll pillow. It is long enough to keep my lower leg even with my knee, and the memory foam is firm enough to keep its form and maintain the spacing it creates. The pillow is brand new, so I will have to see how it holds up 6 months from now
