This pillow sinks in in the middle significantly more than it appears to in the picture.

So, rather than providing soothing neck support my head falls into the middle at a stretched and very uncomfortable angle.

Additionally the pillow is not just firm but HARD. It is completely un-fluffable and impossible to mold into any position that is not painful.

Huge waste of money.

I am currently using the pillow to prop up my old pillow for reading and plan to throw it away or donate it to a friend's cat as soon as I find a replacement.

It may just be me, but this pillow caused some neck pain after the first couple of nights. It's kind of stiff.
