Chair sounded perfect. Purchased it as a gift. First chair a bolt that is installed at the factory fell out and can not be re inserted which made the chair unusable. It was a critical bolt that holds main part of seat together. I was surprised at the response when the first chair broke. They replaced it immediatly. The first chair lasted less than a month. Second chair came in sept of 2012 and 2 months later a metal plate broke on it. Again making the chair unsafe to use. I contacted seller and they said they have a 30 return policy so its too late get a refund and I would have had to pay for the return shipping and handling anyway. A chair that costs almost $300.00 should last more then a couple of months. The seller said I have to contact the manufacturer. Sellers should take some responsibility for what they sell. Basically I wasted my money to give a gift to someone and it fell apart. Originally I went to the sellers site and they sell the chair for $500.00. Now I'm suppose to start this process all over again with the manufacturer? I would avoid this seller, they take no responsibility for defective products. I admit they responded quickly when the first chair failed but to have a second one fail also? That's not ok and instead of taking care of the problem they washed their hands of the whole thing and refuse to do anything to correct the situation. considering the expense of the chair they should have been even more concerned when the second chair failed. I didnt want to have a third chair sent to someone who has been very helpful to me just to have it fall apart.I had to really stretch my budget for this chair, my only income in disability and the gift was for someone who has helped me out in a a serious time of need. I really look stupid giving a gift to someone that falls apart. I certainly cant afford to replace this chair and I'm horribly embarrassed by this whole thing.

Stay away from this product and stay away from this seller.

It's a really nice looking chair, and easy to put together. I was a little dissapointed that there seems to be a bar across your lower back that is not really cushioned well by the backrest, but I will just throw a small back pillow there. For the money, I wasn't really expecting much, so I can live with it. If you want "devine comfort", I'd spend a little more or look elsewhere.
