OK... you've read all the other reviews. I know that a pillow is something that is very subjective to personal preferences, so it becomes difficult to determine if it will really suit you... or not. My review, named "Hate/Love Relationship," describes my opinion perfectly! When I received the pillow, I was disappointed in how it "suited me," and considered using it as a spare for visitors, or for "whatever." However, I slept on it for about a week... to give it a good "run for its money." I sort of "hated" it for the first few nights, but then the hate turned into "love." Now, I don't know how (or why) I slept on anything else! I LOVE this pillow. Yes, it is somewhat firm... but it is comfortably soft, as well, with great support. I wake up feeling well-rested. I recommend that buyers give this pillow ample time to perform its magic! Don't judge it without giving it at least a week to "shine."

I ordered this pillow for my boyfriend after I purchased another type of memory foam pillow. I felt bad that this pillow was in no way comparable to the comfort of the one I had purchased for myself. After 2 months of use, it is still extremely firm. It is also very heavy so rearranging at night requires more effort when one may be still asleep.

The only good thing is that he is horrible with pillows, usually flattening them out in a few weeks. This one has maintained its shape.

I am using a foam pillow that is begining to crumble after twenty years of use and expected to get the same softness, light weight and comfort from memory foam. Apparently there are different kinds of foam. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It is hard and too heavy for an octogenerian to pick up to put on pillow case.

I got a tempurpedic bed and my old pillows suddenly didn't feel right. Rather than buying something by tempur-pedic, I decided to save money and go for this pillow based on the reviews.

MISTAKE!

I hate this pillow. It's huge. HUGE and it's rock hard. My neck hurts after sleeping on it. A friend said that it will get softer but it hssn't "broken in" at all.

If you're looking for something soft, this ain't the pillow for you. I'm going to order a tempurpedic pillow which is what I should've done in the first place. My bad.

We ordered two of these pillows because of all the good ratings, but we are really disappointed. The pillows are heavy and LARGE. There is no way to lay comfortably without your head being at a funny angle. They also don't fit in standard pillow cases. I gave up on mine after two nights and my husband lasted a little over a week before replacing his. These are by no way comfortable pillows!
