Shopped around at the local stores and tried out a few memory foam beds, before I decided to take a leap of fate and order online. The mattress came in a 20" x 20" x 60" box and weighed 86lbs. It was shrink wrapped and rolled up and placed in a plastic fiber bag.The review by brad&butter is what sold me on this mattress. I have had waterbeds, full, modified, and tube for as long I can remember. I considered air, but was afraid of pump leakage, so memory foam was my choice. The bed had a smell for 24-48 hrs, which I made worse by sealing the mattress in a pad, sheets, and blanket. I should have just let it air out before I put anything on it. This mattress is just so comfortable, I love it. Under $500 with shipping, this mattress is a steal!!

This was a great purchase in my opinion. The bed is very comfortable, I am glad I chose this bed with only two prior reviews. Its not hot like I have heard about some memory foam mattress' are. It didn't however rise to a full 13 inches, not really a big deal, its about 3/4 inch off. All in all I am very satisfied with this bed.I was the biggest skeptic ever about paying under $600 for a memory foam mattress. I thought a mattress was one of those items that you get what you pay for. After weeks of research and reading endless reviews I decided on the Sleep Master 13" from Amazon.com. I am thrilled to say this is an incredible mattress. I just was not comfortable on our queen size waterbed anymore but I don't sleep well on a traditional inner spring mattress. I decided to give memory foam a try and at the Amazon.com price I could. Shipping was fast and the bed was very easy to set up. It did have a little bit of an odor for a day or so that is mentioned in other reviews but nothing offensive or unbearable. I am sleeping better than we ever imagined I could. Took a couple days to get used to it but now I can't wait to get in bed at night. I actually have been going to bed an hour earlier than I used to. I can't imagine that paying double the price or more for a name brand memory foam mattress could give you a more comfortable better quality bed.
